Kimmy Thompson Of Portland, Dies She Was 49
Long time Robertson county resident Kim Thompson Lost her battle with cancer the morning of May 14, 2014. Kimmy was well known in the Robertson county community and touched MANY lives since she moved to Portland in 1991 from Phoenix. Kimmy is survived by her parents Chester and Shirley Thompson, her brother and sister Chester and Patricia Thompson, her 2 daughters Crystal Eiserman, Katrina Moran and her grandson Xander rain, her niece Rebecca Thompson, nephew Daniel Thompson and her husband Mark Watts. I’ts safe to say, that Kimmy was known and loved throughout the Robertson county community.
There is no way I (Chet Thompson) could ever plan or attend a funeral for Kimmy, that is not her style. Instead, a Celebration of life is being planned for Sunday June 22, at 6pm at Yates Cave in Cross plains, TN. There will be food, alcohol, live music, fireworks, pictures and lots of memories.
We invite everyone who knew Kimmy Thompson to attend, or even if you didn’t know her and you are just showing your support for Katrina Moran, myself (Chet Thompson) and the rest of the family, we would love your company. I want to throw my mom the best party imaginable.
If you have any pictures of her, we ask that you make a copy of them and bring them to hang on the memory clothes lines that will be set up (Thanks Pinterest). If you know you will be coming for sure, let me know so we can start to gauge how many people will be attending (I would hate to run out of wine) More info to come…
Kimmys “Celebration of Life” should be a huge event,…Kimmy was very well known here in Robertson county,….as well as the music 
community, and the reality TV circuit,…..she received video messages from a variety of reality stars,. as well as video messages from the music group “Cage the Elephant”,.. and believe it or not even Cliff Williams the bass player for AC/DC!!!!!!!…..even our friend Bret Micheals from Poison called her.
