Local Teen Charged as Adult in Aggravated Robbery Case
PORTLAND, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office has charged 17-year-old Konner Davis as an adult in connection with an aggravated robbery at a residence in Portland, Tennessee.
Deputies responded to the incident on February 3, 2025, after a victim reported being held at gunpoint by Davis and two other juveniles, ages 13 and 17. That night, deputies located and took the two younger suspects into custody, charging them with aggravated robbery.
Through coordination between the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office and Metro Nashville Police’s Titan Team and Violent Crimes Unit, Davis was later located by Metro Nashville Police and taken into custody without incident. He was then transferred to the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office.
Davis has been adjudicated as an adult, and his case will move to the Robertson County Circuit Court. He is currently being held at the Robertson County Detention Facility on a $15,000 bond for aggravated robbery.
Sheriff Michael Van Dyke issued a statement regarding the case: “We will not tolerate violent juvenile offenses in this county, unlike other jurisdictions in our country. We will work with the District Attorney’s Office to fully prosecute these offenders. Thank you to the Metro Nashville Police’s Titan Team and Violent Crimes Unit, and our hard-working deputies in apprehending these suspects.”
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
