Methodist Golf Tournament Raises Over 15K For United Ministries & C.O.P.E.
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Members of the First United Methodist Church recently sponsored the 27th annual Amen Open golf tournament at the Legacy on May 19th in Springfield.
“With the support of many local businesses and individuals, we were able to raise $15,110 which was split evenly between United Ministries and C.O.P.E.
Shown in the photos are the two organizations each receiving a check for $7555 from the Amen Open organizing committee. “The committee sincerely thanks all the golfers, individual donors, and local businesses which enabled us to raise a record of amount of money this year.” Scott Morton, chairperson
