Millersville Fire Triggers Three Agency Response 

MILLERSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A structure fire, that officials in Millersville are calling an illegal burn, triggered a three agency response to extinguish the fire Friday night.

The fire, located in the 7000 block of Cycle Ln in Millersville, was called in just before 10:30 pm. Cycle Ln is a light industrial area.  LOCATION OF FIRE The structure (that may have been in some state of demolition) was a residential manufactured home. It was the second call to the same address Friday night. Earlier in the evening, Millersville Fire was called to extinguish a brush fire at the same location, officials said.

Firefighters from Millersville City, the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, the Greenbrier Fire Department, and Millersville Police all responded to the blaze. According to Lt Josh Wright with the Millersville Fire Department, the second fire was discovered when he returned to check on the first fire.

The property owner was cited for an illegal burn, Wright said. No injuries were reported, no other properties were affected. Photos depicting fire are courtesy Lt Josh Wright with the Millersville Fire Department.
