Millersville Home Ignites, Multi-Agency Team Work Make Good Stop
MILLERSVILLE, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Around 6:20 PM on Saturday, the Millersville Fire Department, along with the Goodlettsville Fire Department, the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, and the Nashville Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire in the 3100 block of Creekview Lane in Millersville. Upon arrival, the Millersville Police Department assisted in removing the sole resident from the home, officials said. The fire was quickly extinguished by the combined efforts of the responding firefighters.
Several agencies responded to the home, including the Millersville Fire Department, Metro Nashville Fire Department, Sumner EMS, Rehab 55, the Red Cross, and the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department.
The collaboration between these agencies ensured that the fire was contained and extinguished efficiently. Officials stated that the flames were quickly put out, making it a good stop by the firefighting teams. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. No injuries were reported.
