Missing/Runaway 12 YO Girl – Could Be In Springfield OR Joelton Area

SPRINGFIELD, JOELTON AREA TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Lebanon Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Kelsey Vowell. They tell us that Kelsey has ties to Springfield.

Kelsey was last seen in the area of West High Street on April 29th. Kelsey has dark red hair and was last seen wearing a dark sweatsuit and possibly a black bonnet.

Kesley may be in Lebanon, TN, Springfield, TN, or Joelton, TN.
