Occupant Left Hanging Upside Down After Rollover Crash Near Greenbrier
GREENBRIER, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Two people were transported to an area hospital following a two-vehicle rollover crash at the intersection of New Cut Road and Betts Road Thursday afternoon, the first call coming into 911 at 3:28 p.m.. LOCATION OF CRASH
Responding agencies included the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, Greenbrier Fire Department, Robertson County EMS, Robertson County Emergency Management Agency, the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
According to Robertson County EMS, two patients were transported to TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield. Both patients were reported to be in stable condition.
Officials said one of the occupants was left suspended upside down by a seat belt following the rollover. However, the individual was not trapped by the vehicle itself and was safely removed from the wreckage.
No other injuries were reported.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is leading the investigation, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
