Occupants Escape Submerged Car After Crash
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – New Cut Rd near Moore Rd is closed following a vehicle accident. MAP
According to PIO Tara Parker with the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, a vehicle with 2 young adults onboard left the roadway, struck a utility pole, and crashed into a pond.
According to Parker, both occupants were able to exit the vehicle safely.
New Cut Road will likely remain closed until about 2 pm while the utility pole is replaced and the vehicle removed from the pond. PHOTOS: Travis Wright
