OFFICIALS: I-65 North In Robertson County CLOSED Till Noon

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – According to officials in Robertson County following an accident involving a US Mail semi-truck, I-65 North at mile marker 116 (one mile South of Hwy 52) will likely remain closed until noon. MAP

No injuries were reported but an inspector is en route to inspect the bridge due to damage it sustained and the mail will have to be offloaded before the semi can be removed.

Probably due to the transfer of traffic from I65, we’re getting reports of accidents on Hwy 31 W. In short, if you need to go North, plan ahead. PHOTOS: Orlinda Fire Department

UPDATE: We have an update for you on the I-65 North closure in Robertson County. Officials say it will still likely be around noon before I-65 North is fully reopened after a US mail tractor-trailer crashed at mile marker 116. According to Fire Chief Dusty Johnson with the Orlinda Fire Dept., crews are trying to get one lane open but that will be contingent on getting the semi moved.
