Push Broom Bandit Strikes Millersville Business
MILLERSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Millersville Police are hoping that someone in the community will be able to identify a man captured on security surveillance video who is alleged to have appropriated a 16 ft. trailer from a local business recently.
On Tuesday April 4th, Millersville Police responded to Mid-South Maintenance located 1055 Ridgecrest Drive for a report of a theft. On Sunday April 2nd, someone stole a 16 ft. trailer from the business. Upon examining security surveillance footage a suspect has emerged.
The business has numerous cameras, the alleged suspect only seemed to notice one of them. Using a push broom the suspect allegedly tried, unsuccessfully, to re-position the camera. The suspect was however captured clearly on other cameras and Millersville Police are hoping that someone will be able to identify the alleged thief.
Though Millersville Police can promise nothing, they did indicate that if the suspect were to bring the trailer to the Millersville Police Station and turn himself in, things could go smoother. MAP To Millersville Police
Anyone that can identify the suspect, the van or the broom, is asked to contact the Millersville Police Department Criminal Investigation Division by calling (615) 859-2758.
