ROBERTSON COUNTY (Smokey Barn News) – It’s that time of year, families across Robertson County are preparing for a new school year. Below Smokey has listed all the dates and times of open houses for Robertson County public schools.
We have also added information about Robertson County Mayor Howard Bradley’s Back-To-School-Bash where local businesses are handing out free school supplies for students.
*Don’t forget that the Sales-Tax-Holiday weekend begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 29 and ends Sunday, July 31 at 11:59 p.m. (see more info below)

Sales Tax Holiday: This year’s tax-free holiday weekend begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 29 and ends Sunday, July 31 at 11:59 p.m.
The state of Tennessee’s annual sales tax holiday is held every year, beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the last Friday in July and ending at 11:59 p.m. the following Sunday night. During this weekend, certain goods may be purchased tax free.
