Rollover Crash Injures Two On Betts Rd Saturday Night

GREENBRIER TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Two people were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Betts Rd between Ridgetop and Coopertown Saturday evening.

The two occupants (both estimated to be in their mid-30s) were transported to area hospitals. One (female) was transported to Skyline Medical Center in serious condition. The other (male) was taken to NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield in stable condition.

According to officials with the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, the occupants were pinned inside the vehicle and had to be extricated. The woman’s arm was pinned outside the window and under the vehicle after the crash, officials said.

The crash occurred on Betts Rd/257 between New Cut Rd and Old Hwy 431 North around 9:30 pm Saturday evening. LOCATION OF CRASH

Betts Rd was closed for about 2 hours while the patients were extricated and the Tennessee Highway Patrol conducted an investigation.

An initial cause of the crash was not available.

The White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, the Greenbrier Fire Department, the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, Robertson County EMS, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol all responded to the crash.
