Search Underway For 13 Year Old Autistic Child In Clarksville

(ASSISTANCE IN THE AREA OF ROSSVIEW SCHOOL)

The massive search for Reese came to a conclusion with a positive outcome. After four hours of intense search operations by multiple agencies utilizing drones, helicopter, K-9, 4-wheelers, and searchers on foot, the 13 year old was located, safe and unharmed around 221 pm. She was found by two K-9 handlers from MCSO, Deputy Dale BeCraft and Deputy Chris Owens with K-9 Finn around 221 pm. She was found at a location about 1 1/2 miles from Rossview Elementary School tucked under some fallen trees, in a gully about 30 ft. into a wood line from the edge of an open field.

There were numerous agencies: CPD, MCSO, THP, EMA, EMS, CFR, CMCSS, as well as volunteers who assisted in the search operations. Also, thanks to the media that quickly helped mobilize the public’s assistance.

CLARKSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – An autistic child, first name – Reese, left Rossview Middle and Police are currently looking for her in the area of Rossview School.

She is a white female,13 years old 5’6, Blond hair, wearing all black clothing – jacket, jeans, boots. She is high functioning and understands what’s going on.

She is known to hide in the woods and leave the main roadways.

There are over 20 officers currently looking for the child with autism, Reese. We have deployed K-9 and a drone is in the air. EMS is also on scene.
