Serious Accident At Lakeview & US 431, 3 Transported
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Three people were transported to area hospitals following a serious accident at U.S. 431 and Lakeview Rd (Hwy 25) just before noon. EXACT LOCATION: Of the 5 occupants, 3 are transported (2 patients to Vanderbilt, 1 patient to Northcrest).
According to witnesses at the scene, a Pickup truck with 3 occupants was headed toward Springfield when a couple driving from Springfield (Chrysler) turned and both vehicles hit head on. The man in the passenger side of the Chrysler had a severe laceration to the head and the woman driving was in a lot of pain. Lifeflight was advised to land at Northcrest Medical Center.
