Sheriff Holt re-elected Vice President of Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association
The Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association (TSA) held their annual conference July 22- 26 in Sevierville, TN. This was the 42nd annual conference of the TSA. The Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association provides valuable tools to sheriffs, chief deputies, and jail administrators including mandated training and a platform for interagency cooperation. The annual conference is held to address many items, including the election of officers.
Robertson County Sheriff Bill Holt was re-elected Vice President representing Division III of the association. Sheriff Holt also retained the position of Chairman of the Corrections Committee, and will serve once again on the Legislative Committee. Division III is the largest of the four divisions of the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association encompassing twenty-eight counties. Sheriff Tim Fuller of Franklin County was elected to serve as the next President of the TSA.
