Springfield, Greenbrier Asked To Limit WATER Usage

SPRINGFIELD, GREENBRIER TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The City of Springfield is asking all Springfield water customers including Greenbrier residents to limit their water usage following a water main break, last week. See video feed from the scene.

Currently, the city’s water system is in operation, but crews are working to rebuild the water system to full capacity. To ensure everyone has water for their basic needs, the city is asking customers to voluntarily reduce their nonessential water usage through Saturday, April 25, 2020.

Customers are asked to refrain from:

Watering shrubs and lawns
Washing vehicles
Any other unnecessary/extra water usage in your home or business
