SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A 62 year old Springfield man was stabbed in the 100 block of 21St Ave West Friday Evening. “It’s only near election time” will you ever hear about major drug bust in Robertson County. “It’s only around the holidays will you have sobriety check points and radars in full effect. The rest of the time during the year it’s hibernation.”
I honestly believe, drugs are one of the big issues in springfield. Yes, people do come into that area, but someone must be telling them to come there. Springfield has changed a whole lot since I was younger. They should do a lot more , to try an stop the drug problem.
police cant be everywhere at the same time my friend. And they live in that area i see police cars with officers in them 24/7 but they cant watch everyone or every-house.I no the crime rate in Springfield has sky rocketed but that’s because of the city leaders not doing enough when it comes to hiring more police and some of these so-called leaders don’t no what the hell they are doing anyway. Carneal, nutting and Bradly all need to find other jobs because they haven’t done anything but bleed this city and county dry.None of the three have enough sense to get out of the rain and dam sure cant run this city and county in the right direction.
see this is why there shouldn’t be empty police cars should just be sitting trying to catch speeders!!! the police know this area and they just don’t want to deal with it. STOP the drug problem, and youll stop a lot of the violence.
