Storm Interrupts Power For Over 5000 CEMC Customers

UPDATE: Water Rescue Triggered By Flash Flooding Near Orlinda

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Wednesday night’s storm has interrupted power service for over 5,000 CEMC customers.

CEMC crews are responding to storm-related outages affecting members primarily in Sumner and  Robertson Counties.

“Please report outages by calling 1-800-987-2362. Thank you for your patience as crews work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.” CEMC

UPDATE: CEMC crews are making good headway, bring the number down to 3,700 in about an hour.

We also have reports of flash flooding between Cross Plains and Portland, especially in the Clearview Rd area. MAP
