Support Unicoi County: Robertson EMS/EMA Opens Donation Drop-Off for Flood Victims

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News) – In response to the devastating flooding in Unicoi County, Robertson County Emergency Management Agency (EMA), in conjunction with Robertson County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), is accepting donations to assist those affected. Donations can be dropped off at 1305 Hill St. in Springfield until 6 PM today, and from 8 AM to 6 PM tomorrow. Below are the details on what items you can contribute and make a difference for those in need.

Please note: Clothing donations will not be accepted.

  • Laundry Detergent/Pods
  • Work and Disposable Gloves
  • Extension Cords
  • Trash Bags
  • Batteries
  • Cleaning Supplies
  • Soap/Shampoo/Body Wash
  • Deodorant
  • Flashlights
  • Unopened, In-Date Medications (e.g., Tylenol, Ibuprofen, etc.)
  • Rubbing Alcohol
  • Band-Aids (First Aid Supplies)
  • No Perishable Foods (must be in date)
  • Diapers, Formula, Wipes
  • Masks
  • Ziploc Bags
  • Female Hygiene Products
  • Dog/Cat Food & Cat Litter
  • Can Openers
  • Shovels, Rakes, Buckets
  • Bottled Water
  • Boxes and Packing Tape
  • Generators
  • Bread, Peanut Butter, Jellies (Requested by Organization)
  • New Empty Gas/Diesel Cans
  • Small Butane Fuels for Cooking
  • Tarps

Donations can be dropped off at the designated location to support flood victims in Unicoi County. Every contribution helps rebuild lives and restore hope to those affected.
