Suspect On The Run After Millersville Traffic Stop
MILLERSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Millersville Police department is currently searching for a suspect that fled on foot from a traffic stop in the area of Slater’s Creek Access. MAP
Officers made the traffic stop on I-65 around 1:30 a.m. There were multiple occupants in the vehicle so the officer called for backup.
After the officer asked everyone to step out of the vehicle, one of them took off running on foot through the woods.
The fleeing subject was identified as Michael Moore through his Maryland driver’s license that was left in the vehicle.
The driver was issued a citation and the rest of the occupants were allowed to leave the scene.
Michael Joseph Moore is 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds. Moore is on release from a Maryland correctional facility and is considered to be dangerous.
Moore’s direction of travel and affiliation with anyone in the area is unknown. Report any suspicious activities or persons to the Millersville Police Department at (615) 451-3838
