TBI:(ID’s Released) “No Foul Play” After 2 Found Dead In Pleasant View Home Fire 

PLEASANT VIEW TENNESSE: (Smokey Barn News) – The TBI is now releasing more information following a structure fire that led to the discovery of two deceased individuals inside of a Pleasant View home on Monday.

According to the TBI, “The investigation into the fire remains active and ongoing, but preliminary results do not indicate foul play was involved.”

The TBI is also releasing the identities of the two victims. They are 37-year-old Jerry Peden and 26-year-old China Hill. Both were transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsies.

The home is located in the 1900 block of Errel Dowlen Rd carrying a Pleasant View address. MAP. The first call came into 911 a 9:03 am.

The Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department, the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, the Robertson County Emergency Management Agency, the Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation, and the Coopertown Police Department all responded to the scene.
