10:40 PM ADAMS: Oak Pointe Assisted Living located on Church St is being evacuated. Early reports indicate a dryer is on fire. We are working to get more information.

UPDATE: 10:43 PM No injuries have been reported but we do have reports of smoke in the building.

UPDATE 10:46 PM Reports indicate that the fire is contained to the dryer. The building is still being evacuated.

UPDATE 10:54 PM All patents accounted for. No injuries were reported.

UPDATE 11:31 PM Patents are back in their rooms, and first responders are checking back in service.

The Adams Fire Department, North Robertson Fire & Rescue, Robertson County EMS, the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Robertson County Emergency Management Agency are on scene.

TRAFFIC ALERT HIGHWAY 41-A CLOSED (4:30 PM)
We have a multi-vehicle rollover crash on 41-A at Wandaland Drive. Reported as an injury crash with multiple patients, 41-A has been shut down. If you are traveling in the area, you should seek an alternative route for the next 30 to 60 minutes. LOCATION OF CRASH

UPDATE: ROAD OPEN: Five people were transported, including two children. All five were injured but non-critical. PHOTOS: Chosen Towing & Recovery
