TRAFFIC ADVISORY TREES DOWN REPORT 7:50 pm

Weather Safety Announcement from EMS & EMA
Robertson County EMS Director Brent Dyer is pushing out a special Public Safety Announcement ahead of today’s weather.
We urge everyone to take precautions for tornado safety. If tornado warnings get issued, please remember to seek shelter in a sturdy building, preferably a basement or an interior room without windows. Stay informed by listening to weather alerts and have an emergency kit ready with essentials like water, food, and a flashlight.
The Robertson County Emergency Management Agency has been in contact with TEMA and the NWS to closely monitor developing storms.
Robertson County EMS has staffed additional personnel with two reserve ambulances for the brief operational period when the severe weather is most likely to impact Northern Middle TN.
Please refrain from entering the affected area in the event of a touchdown. During December’s tornado damage, first responders encountered challenges in maneuvering equipment due to sightseers. For your safety and to facilitate emergency operations, we urge you to avoid impacted areas. Stay informed through reliable online news sources such as Smokey Barn News for the latest updates. Sincerely, Robertson County EMA Director Chance Holmes
