Fire Safety ALERT for Robertson County, Tennessee

Due to the current weather conditions in Robertson County, the Emergency Management Agency advises residents to exercise extreme caution when dealing with any kind of open flames, including smoking, bonfires, and barbecue grills. Despite recent rain, dry weather conditions have quickly returned, making vegetation highly susceptible to ignition. Even if you have a burn permit, we urge you to be exceptionally careful or consider postponing any burning activities until conditions improve. Remember, dry brush and dead vegetation can ignite and spread fire rapidly. Let’s work together to prevent accidental fires and keep our community safe.
