SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Around  6 am Thursday morning a man pulled into the parking lot of Twice Daily, located at 3545 Tom Austin Hwy, MAP and stole a white 2009 Chevrolet Silverado with an employee still in the passenger’s side of the truck.

Attached to the truck (bearing a Tennessee tag of 895H138) was a red 14-foot utility trailer (trailer tag of T637522) that was carrying a 2014 ExMark zero turn 60” lawn mower, a 2004 ExMark zero turn 60” mower, 2 Stihl weedeaters, 1 Stihl backpack blower, and 1 SG20 backpack sprayer all pictured below.

According to Springfield Police, video footage from Twice Daily shows the subject (a white male) pull up beside the vehicle in a black Ford F-150, exited that vehicle, and then climbed into the driver’s seat of the white Chevrolet and drive off. There was an employee with the lawn crew in the passenger seat of the Chevrolet that was forced out of the vehicle.

The Chevrolet and lawn equipment was last seen traveling on Tom Austin Hwy. towards Davidson County. If you see the vehicle or equipment call police.
