Two Charged After Burglary, Theft Investigation in Cedar Hill
ROBERTSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Last Friday, deputies from the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence on Highway 431N. Upon arrival, officers found 51-year-old Daniel Gray hiding inside a garage, according to a release from the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office. Nearby, officers discovered a pile of tools, which a witness later confirmed had been placed there by Gray.
While investigating the scene, deputies also observed a truck driving by the property, which had previously been seen at the location. The driver of the truck was identified as 32-year-old Danielle Wegenke. Both Gray and Wegenke were taken into custody.
Daniel Gray, a resident of Cedar Hill, faces several charges, including:

Gray is being held at the Robertson County Detention Facility in Springfield under a $47,500.00 bond.
Danielle Wegenke, of Springfield, was charged with Criminal Responsibility For Conduct of Another. Wegenke was released on a $7,500.00 bond.
Both Gray and Wegenke are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
