US Marshals Warrant Leads To Cache Of Drugs In Greenbrier

GREENBRIER TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News) – On March 24th, Greenbrier Police assisted US Marshals with the service of an arrest warrant for Christy Calhoun, aka Christy Shadowens at a residence on Dickens Street in Greenbrier. MAP

Ms. Calhoun, wanted for murder MORE, was taken into custody without incident. During Calhoun’s arrest, two other male subjects were found to be inside the residence. According to Lt. Buster Locklayer with the Criminal Investigation Division of the Greenbrier Police Department, one of the subjects, the homeowner Eric Pasquale Schiavone, had in his possession a large amount of a substance believed to be Methamphetamine.

Officers then obtained a search warrant for the residence and once executed, officers located drugs and evidence of drug use throughout the house. The third subject was released without charges.

Because of his condition at the time of arrest, Mr. Schiavone was transported to TriStar/NorthCrest Medical Center for treatment and upon his release, he was charged with Possession of a handgun during a dangerous felony, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Sch. II – Methamphetamine, Possession of Sch. I – Mushrooms, Possession of Adderall, Possession of Alprazolam and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Schiavone is being held on a $94,000 bond.
