Vehicle Crashes Into Springfield Home

SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Nancy Clouse was inside her home on N. Main St in Springfield when she said it sounded like a bomb went off
after a vehicle crashed into her home.

The driver said that the steering went out on his vehicle and he lost control. No injuries were reported in the accident which occurred around 1:42 p.m. on N main St near 3rd Ave. MAP

There were children outside near by due to the nice weather and trick-or-treating on the historic square in Springfield so it is fortunate that no one was injured.

The driver was taken into custody for driving on a suspended license.

It was just last month that another car crashed into a Springfield home on the same street. FULL STORY
