VIDEO: Chief Says, Crumple Zone Technology Saved Their Lives In Truck VS Tree Wreck
Emergency crews were called to an accident near 3000 West County Farm Rd. in Springfield around midnight Wednesday evening. A Pickup truck hit a tree and entrapped one of the occupants. Airbags did deploy. (Exact Location Of Wreck) Both occupants were taken to Skyline Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries after a lengthy and complex extrication process.
