A 21 year old Greenbrier man is lucky to be alive after the pickup truck he was driving left HWY 41 and hit a tree in Springfield. Exact Location Of Wreck The investigation in ongoing but preliminarily Springfield Police are leaning towards the man falling asleep at the wheel.
