WANTED: R&R Transmission/ General Mechanic @ Springfield ATR
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Springfield Auto & Transmission is seeking an experienced R&R Transmission/ General Mechanic to join our busy team in Springfield Tennessee. MAP Candidate must have knowledge of both manual and automatic transmission and be an all-around team player, have a strong commitment to providing quality work, the ability to use a scanner, dependable/punctual/reliable, detail-oriented and independent and have a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus.
Job duties:
• Remove and Replace Drive Line Components such as Transmissions, Transaxles, Differentials, Axles and Driveshafts.
• Inspect for leaks and safety issues of all types on each vehicle
• Drivetrain diagnostic and repair
• Routine transmission service/maintenance on all makes/models
• General Mechanic Work
