White House ER To Become Reality After TriStar Gets Green Light

WHITE HOUSE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – TriStar Hendersonville recently announced that its proposal for a freestanding emergency room in White House has received approval from the State of Tennessee’s Health Facilities Commission. The planned facility, designed to improve access to emergency care for local residents, will include 11 treatment rooms—one of which is a trauma room. Once completed, the new emergency room will offer more convenient emergency care options for residents in Robertson and Sumner counties, who currently face a 25- to 35-minute drive to the nearest emergency medical facilities.

“The White House community has made us their hospital of choice over the years, and we are especially grateful for their extraordinary support for this project, “ said Justin Coury, chief executive officer at TriStar Hendersonville. “We are thrilled to bring our life saving care closer to home, and we look forward to continuing to provide exceptional care to residents in Robertson and Sumner counties.”

White House residents are currently 25-35 minutes away from the nearest emergency care facility. The TriStar White House ER will be located at the intersection of Raymond Hirsch Parkway and Highway 31W, a central location that is easily accessible to residents.

The proposed freestanding emergency room will feature:

• 11 treatment/exam rooms
• Trauma room
• Imaging department
• Nursing station
• Support space
