White House (TN) Man Charged In Fatal Shooting Monday Night

WHITE HOUSE, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – One person has been taken into custody and charged with murder following a fatal shooting at a home in White House (TN) Monday Evening.

According to Officials, the incident occurred around 11:30 pm Monday at a home located at 1807 Winding Way in an unincorporated part of White House, TN. MAP Following reports of a shooting, Deputies responded to the scene and found 33-year-old Jacob Allen Garrett of White House Tennessee who confessed to the shooting.

Garrett told deputies that he had fatally shot a man identified as Patrick Joseph Fullerton. Deputies discovered Fullerton’s body inside the residence along with a .22 caliber revolver and bloodstained clothing. Detectives conducted a thorough search of the premises, resulting in the discovery of additional evidence, officials said.

Garrett was taken into custody and charged with 2nd-degree murder and tampering with evidence.
