White House Walgreens Robbed At Gunpoint
WHITE HOUSE TENNESSEE (Smokey Barn News) – At 4:32 pm Thursday afternoon the Walgreens in White House MAP was robbed at gunpoint.
According to White House Police Chief Pat Brady, the gunman entered the store, approached a register near the main entrance, brandished a gun and demanded money.
After taking an undisclosed amount of money at the register the suspect then asked to be taken to the store safe. While being escorted to the safe, a store manager coincidentally crosses their path startling the suspect enough that he has a change of heart and flees the store on foot. The suspect ran in an unknown direction with only the money he obtained at the register. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident.
The suspect is described as a Black male in his mid-20s approximately 6’1, slender build wearing a black hoodie, black pants and white shoes with a red bandanna covering his face.
