Woman’s Body Found In Springfield Yard
The body of a woman was discovered in the shared open yard area of a housing complex in Springfield off of Josephine St. The body was discovered by a local resident around 12:20pm.
Police are investigating but according to Springfield Police Chief David Thompson, there are no apparent signs that foul play was involved. Neighbors tell Smokey they have seen the woman who may have been staying in a near by unit. A small dog was at the woman side. Police are investigating and as soon as we know more we will bring it to you.
