2 Storms Could Bring Damaging Wind & Hail This Afternoon & Tonight
ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – We have some measurable risk of strong weather coming into Robertson County this afternoon through tonight, according to the US National Weather Service Nashville Tennessee. The risk covers all of Middle Tennessee with damaging winds being the most common hazard however a brief tornado or two cannot be ruled out.
Below is the US National Weather Service’s best timeline of two possible waves of strong weather.
Timing…
• First round this afternoon (1pm – 6pm)
• Second round tonight (9pm – 2am)
• Main threat is damaging winds up to 70 mph
• Large hail, a tornado or two, and localized flooding are also possible
