Nicole (Wallace) Rittenberry
December 26, 1978 ~ March 31, 2025 (age 46)
Autumn Nicole Wallace Rittenberry, 46, of Springfield, passed away on Monday March 31, 2025, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday April 2nd at 2:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Dr. Steve Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery with Rusty Wallace, Tyler Creek, Logan Creek, Toby Long, Jarrod Wilkerson, and Donnie Wallace, Jr., serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.
Nicole was born December 26, 1978, in Springfield. She had worked as a cashier in retail sales and was of the Baptist faith. Nicole loved playing softball when she was growing up, and she loved watching her nieces and nephews play sports. Her favorite pastime was spending time with all of her family, especially her grandchildren. Nicole was preceded in death by her mother: Roberta Creek McLamb.
Nicole is survived by her daughters: Jessica Rittenberry of Cedar Hill, Brianna Rittenberry of Madison, and Madison Rittenberry of Cedar Hill, by her father: Donnie Wallace and wife Vicky of Springfield, by her grandchildren: Averie Rittenberry, Arianna Rittenberry, Tru Jones, Truth Jones, and Avianna Rittenberry, by her brothers: Robert Keith Creek of Springfield, Donnie Wallace, Jr., of Springfield, and Rusty Wallace of Orlinda, by her sister: Emily Wallace of Springfield, and by the father of her children: Brian Rittenberry of Texas.
The family request memorial donations be made payable to Robertson County Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.

Robert Lee Worsham III
December 4, 1944 — March 29, 2025
Hendersonville, TN
Robert Lee Worsham III, (Bobby) age 80, of Shackle Island, Tennessee passed away on March 29th, 2025. Robert Worsham, Bobby, graduated from MTSU, served in the Army, and was Personnel Manager at Genesco and later decided to manage/own the family store Worsham’s General Store from 1971 to 2022. After serving in the Army and graduating from college, he married Gaylene Moore of Nashville and had two children. He worked long hours at the store for many years but also found the time to volunteer in the community with the Shackle Island Fire Department, and spend time with his family and friends, Bobby was a people person.
Bobby loved his family and his dog, Titus, unconditionally. His hobbies included fishing, bird watching, hunting, boating, riding on his tractor, and riding on his ATV with, his late cousin, Bobby Hutchison.
Bobby supported many philanthropies such as being a booster of Beech High School and his church, Beech Cumberland Presbyterian, and the Beech Historic Cemetery Fund.
He is survived by his two daughters Amy Elizabeth Monroe, spouse Pete Monroe, and Kimberly Lynn Carter, Grandchildren Taylor Lynn Carter, and Charles Worsham Monroe, Jordan Wayne Carter, and his new great-grandbaby Everleigh, his sister Betty Thompson, late Rayford Thompson, and Nancy McAllister, spouse, James Robert McAllister, sister n law, Joy Moore Caskey, spouse, Billy Caskey, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Cole and Garrett in Goodlettsville from 5 to 8 PM, Thursday, April, 3rd. The funeral will take place on Friday, April 4th, at 2:00 pm, at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 3216 Long Hollow Road, Hendersonville, TN, where he will be laid to rest by his wife, Gaylene, of 30 years who preceded him in death. Friends and family will receive at Cole and Garrett, 127 North Main Street, Goodlettsville, TN, from 5 to 8 pm.
Pall Bearers: Pete Monroe, Charles Monroe, Jordan Carter, Jim Bob McAllister, Brayden McMurry, and Branson Phillips. Honorary Pall Bearers: Don Badacour, JB Bell, Paul Brinkley, Jr., Billy Caskey, Mike Hartman, James Robert McAllister, KT Thomas, Roy Short, Ron Wills, Richard “Woody” Woodard. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Historic Beech Cemetary Fund and the Shackle Island Fire Department.

Jason Bryant Offutt
August 22, 1973 – March 29, 2025
Jason Bryant Offutt, age 51, of Cross Plains, Tennessee, passed away on March 29, 2025.
Born on August 22, 1973, Jason was the son of James Ray Offutt (Cheryl) of Cross Plains and Donna Dorris Shelton (Marlin) of Greenbrier. He is survived by his wife, Crystal Offutt; daughters Samantha Newcomb and Mackenzie Stamps; and grandchildren Hunter Newcomb, Brooklynn Newcomb, Hazelynn Stamps, and Micah Stamps. He is also survived by his sister, Melinda “Mindy” Manuel (David); brother, Ryan Douglas; and nephews Wyatt Gravitt, Colby Manuel, Aden Douglas, and Jeremy Douglas.
Jason enjoyed riding motorcycles and fishing—two things that gave him both freedom and calm. He was protective of the people he cared about and had a sharp sense of humor. He liked to mess with people in a way that let you know you were part of his circle.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Grace Freewill Baptist Church, 4273 Keith Rd, Springfield, TN. The gathering will begin at 2:00 PM, with the service to follow at 3:00 PM. Weather permitted, please ride your bikes.

Judith Anne Wilkes
September 16, 1940 – March 30, 2025
Judith “Judy” Anne Hamblen Wilkes, age 84, of White House passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025 at her home. She was born September 16, 1940 in Old Hickory, TN to William Banks & Thelma Pearl Read Hamblen. She worked as a homemaker.
Mrs. Wilkes loved watching her twin grandsons play soccer, flower gardening, bowling and traveling, especially to Florida. She also loved caring for her cat, Dale. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David “Parker” Wilkes; brother, Don Hamblen; mother of her grandchildren, Melody Wilkes.
She is survived by her son, Steve Wilkes, White House, TN; grandsons, Parker and Tyler Wilkes, both of White House, TN; niece, Jennifer Hamblen Johnson, Murfreesboro, TN. Graveside service and interment is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 12:30pm in White House Memorial Gardens with Pastor Greg Young officiating. Frankie Matthews, Jeff Shepherd, Jeff Kersey, David Llewellyn, Doug Morman and Jason Peart will serve as active pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be Pokey Hamblen, Jim Hamblen and Parker and Tyler’s friends. Visitation is planned for Wednesday, April 2, 2025 10am-12pm at Austin & Bell in White House. Ben Hannel
May 14, 1943 – March 30, 2025
Benny “Ben” Leroy Hannel, age 81, of Ashland City, Tennessee, died Sunday, March 30, 2025, at his home.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 o’clock pm, Sunday, April 13th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Pastor Brad Shockley officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday beginning at 1:00PM until the hour of service at 2:00PM.
Mr. Hannel was born on May 14, 1943, in Pearl, Illinois, to the late Fred Hannel & Abbie Jackson Craigmiles. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in the Cuban Crisis. He was a retired superintendent after over 20 years in the Illinois gas and water utility industry. He dearly loved his family especially his grandchildren and was a member of Pleasant View First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Hannel; son, Benjamin (Deanna) Hannel; daughters, Bobbie (Michael) Stocker and Brenda (Keith) Jerik; grandchildren, Bridget Smith, John Michael Stocker, Jr., Kayla Jerik, Casey (Tyler) Jarboe, Katie (Dalton) Sonneborn; Ethan Hannel, and Kyle Kunz; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Franklin Ross

Franklin Thomas Ross, age 3, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Monday, March 31, 2025, at Monroe Carell, Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock pm, Sunday, April 6th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Chaplain Willie Jones officiating.
Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham in Pleasant View with his father, Robert Ross, his grandfather, Ross Raymer, and his uncles, Trey Raymer and Garrett Raymer serving as pallbearers.

Franklin was born on June 25, 2021, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Robert & Kristy Ross. He was a precious child who loved Mickey Mouse and Spiderman.

Kenneth “Randall” McCarver, age 62, of Cedar Hill, Tennessee, died Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock pm, Tuesday, April 8th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Rev. Blake Stiles officiating.
Burial will follow in the Neptune Smith Cemetery in Chapmansboro with Kevin Cope, Steven Lassiter, John Dowlen, Adam Simpkins, John Wilson, Chuck McCarver, and Brantley McCarver serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 7th from 4:00-8:00PM, and again on Tuesday beginning at 12:00PM until the hour of service at 2:00PM.
Randall was born on August 28, 1962 in Ashland City, Tennessee, to Billie Jean Simpkins McCarver and the late Larry Kenneth McCarver. He was a sawyer in the sawmill business. He loved to ride horses, work in the yard, and was a member of Highland Chapel Baptist Church.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, David Riggan.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 14 years, Angela Gay Croney McCarver; sons, Brandon (Brandy) McCarver, Clint (Heather) McCarver; Logan (Ashley) McCarver, and Robbie Lane; daughters, Tracy (Brian) Fitzgerald and Stacy (Chris) Ford; brother, Steven (Beth) McCarver; sister, Karen Riggan; 18 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
