Betty Joyce Hewgley

Betty Joyce (Butts) Hewgley was born in Nashville, TN on June 16th, 1932. She passed away in Hendersonville, TN on August 9th, 2026, at the age of 94. Betty was a proud 1951 alumni of Isaac Litton High School. From a young age she enjoyed playing many sports. She played golf, racquet ball, volleyball, bowling, and practically anything else she could sign up for! She earned many trophies throughout her life but the oldest one she had was a championship bowling trophy she earned in high school. Betty enjoyed playing games with her family and bingo in her later years. At home in her free time, she loved to watch Vanderbilt Commodores football and the Atlanta Braves baseball.
Betty had a wonderful personality and never knew a stranger. She was friends with everyone she met. She always had a smile on her face and was laughing just before her final breath. Although Betty is gone, her memory will forever reside within the ones she knew and loved.
Mrs. Hewgley is preceded in death by her mother and father Willie and J.W. Butts, and her sisters Jessica Naomi Edwards and Geraldine Kimball. Betty is reunited in heaven with her loving husband Leland Edward Hewgley Sr.
She is survived by her daughter Bridgette (Gary) Jones of Gallatin, TN; son Leland Edward “Eddie” Hewgley Jr. of Hendersonville, TN; granddaughter Rachael Nicole Anger of Nashville, TN; as well as her nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers for Mrs. Hewgley are to include Stan Williams, Jeremy Williams, Stephen Williams, and Brodie Wilkinson Jr.
Honorary pallbearers are to include Larry Wilson, Jimmy Cushman, Wynton Overstreet, and all of Mrs. Hewgley’s nieces and nephews.
Mr. Jimmy Smith will are presiding over funeral and graveside services.
The family kindly asks that you join them in services for Mrs. Betty Hewgley at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, located at 127 N. Main St., Goodlettsville, TN 37072, on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026. A visitation will be held from 10am – 1pm and funeral service will promptly begin at 1pm. Interment immediately to follow the services at Spring Hill Cemetery.

Heather Cerise Patereau

Heather Cerise Patereau, age 49, of White House, TN, was born on March 13, 1977, in Fontana, California. She passed away on August 17, 2026, in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Heather’s life was a remarkable blend of dedication, quiet strength, and deep compassion, leaving a memorable impression on everyone she encountered.
Heather’s education laid the foundation for her life of service. A graduate of the University of California at San Bernardino, Heather earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Her early love for learning naturally evolved into a lifelong passion for inspiring young minds. Heather found her calling as an elementary school math teacher, bringing patience, understanding, and a nurturing spirit to her classroom each and every day. She worked tirelessly for her students, believing that every child could succeed with the right guidance and support.
In addition to her teaching career, Heather worked at the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, a place where her love for animals truly shined. Surrounded by the wonders of wildlife, Heather especially cherished the kangaroo and giraffe exhibits. Her work at Grassmere was more than just a job—it was an avenue to connect with nature and with others who shared her admiration for the animal kingdom. She was widely known as an animal lover and was a devoted pet mom to her two beloved cats.
Heather’s interests extended beyond the classroom and the zoo. She was the proud creator and owner of the Gavin DeGraw Fan Club Page, a role that showcased her remarkable ability to bring people together and foster a welcoming community. Her enthusiasm for music led her to attend more than a hundred of Gavin DeGraw’s concerts, following his performances around the globe. The friendships she built through her musical adventures enriched her life and the lives of those who shared her passion.
Lightly treading through life with a kind and caring heart, Heather was known by those closest to her as sweet, strong, and fiercely independent. While she was often quiet, reserved, and private, her integrity and compassion spoke volumes. Her warmth and sensitivity endeared her to many, though she never sought the spotlight.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Marilyn Joann King and Otto Wulff, paternal grandparents Ruby and Glenn Patereau, and she is reunited in heaven with her mother Gewndolyn Cohen.
Heather is survived by her father Stephen (Kathy) Patereau, aunt Julie Patereau, and her uncles Jeff Wulff and Richard Wulff. She is also survived by her cousin Kylie (Larry) Phillips and her children; Trystin, Kamdin, and Haydin, as well as her cousin Danielle (Anthony) Burkey and her children; Mayze and Bladin. Although Heather has departed from this world, her soul forever remains within the hearts and minds of all who she touched,
The family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers for donations to be made to The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere in Heather’s name.
A respectful memorial gathering will be held to honor Heather’s memory on August 26, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home and Cremation Services in White House, Tennessee. This will be followed by a memorial service at the same location at 4:00 PM. Loved ones and friends are welcome to come together to celebrate Heather’s life, remember her achievements, and pay tribute to her enduring legacy.
Heather Cerise Patereau leaves behind the lasting impact of her gentle spirit, the communities she created, and the lives she touched—whether as a teacher, an animal advocate, or a friend. Her kindness, independence, and dedication will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all.

Marie L. Garcia

Marie Lourdes Garcia, 77, of Cottontown, Tennessee, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 19, 2026.
Marie was born on February 11, 1949, in Angústias, Horta, Faial, Azores. At just 9 years old, she immigrated with her family from the Azores to California, where she would build a beautiful life rooted in family, faith, tradition, and hard work.
Marie graduated from Santa Clara High School in Santa Clara, California, in June 1968. One of the most important chapters of her life, however, had already begun. In May 1964, she met the love of her life, Humberto R. Garcia, at the Portuguese S.E.S. Hall in Santa Clara. They married on June 22, 1968, beginning a marriage and partnership that would span 58 incredible years.
Together, Marie and Humberto welcomed three children: Lisa Marie Garcia on September 28, 1970; Sandrah Ann Garcia on April 30, 1974; and Humberto Antonio Garcia on July 7, 1977.As their children grew up playing soccer, Marie proudly served as team mom while Humberto coached. She could always be counted on to organize, help, cheer from the sidelines, and make sure everyone had what they needed. Their family also made countless memories on camping trips over the years, something Marie continued to enjoy with family and friends.
Marie truly was the glue of her family. She was the planner behind the birthdays, holidays, gatherings, and celebrations. She was the person who kept everyone connected and made things happen, and no family gathering was complete without her food. Marie was an incredible cook, and her kitchen became the backdrop for countless conversations, laughs, and memories. If Marie was cooking, you knew you were going to eat well.
Anyone who knew Marie knew that big heart came with plenty of personality. She was funny, strong-willed, a little stubborn, and never afraid to tell you exactly what she thought. She could make you laugh one minute and give you a hard time the next. She liked things done the way they were supposed to be—which, of course, usually meant her way. Her sass, quick wit, and smart remarks were simply part of what made Marie, Marie.
Her Portuguese heritage and Catholic faith were deeply important to her. She devoted countless hours to volunteer service within the Portuguese community through S.E.S. (Holy Ghost), Sociedade Filarmónica União Portuguesa de Santa Clara, St. Anthony council #1, and Our Lady of Fatima. She was especially proud to be president of St. Anthony of Santa Clara’s 100-year anniversary. These organizations allowed her to remain connected to the culture, faith, and traditions she treasured throughout her life.
Marie later retired from the Santa Clara School District and spent her retirement enjoying the life she and Humberto had built together.
Her greatest joy was watching her family grow from three children to grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved with her entire heart, and those fortunate enough to be loved by Marie knew it.
Marie is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Humberto R. Garcia; her children, Lisa Marie Garcia, Sandrah Ann Carrillo, and Humberto Antonio Garcia (Dani Garcia); her grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Borba (Justin Alan Tyler), Anthony Richard Garcia (Christina Fanaras), Ace Justin Garcia, Aurelio Cristiano Humberto Carrillo, Hailey Dawn DeNuccio (Giovanny Hinderliter) , and Scarlett Rose DeNuccio (Austin Tincher) ; and her great-grandchildren, Halle Nicole Wingard, Lilly Ann Tyler, Isabelle Rose Tyler, and Connor Alan Tyler. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Maria Albina da Costa Menezes and Antonio Cabaca Menezes, and her brother, Jose Antonio Menezes, grandkids Leo Eugene & Alexander James and son in law Santana Carrillo.
For those wishing to honor Marie’s memory, organizations meaningful to her and her family include the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, S.E.S. Hall of Santa Clara, St. Anthony Council #1 of Santa Clara, Sociedade Filarmónica União Portuguesa de Santa Clara, Our Lady of Fatima, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Marie leaves behind 77 years of life, 58 years of marriage, generations of family, countless memories, and more love than could ever fit into an obituary.
Her seat at the table may now be empty, but the family she spent a lifetime bringing together will carry her with them always.
She was deeply loved, will be immeasurably missed, and will never be forgotten.

Evelyn (Binkley) Baggett

Evelyn Binkley Baggett, age 73, of Cedar Hill, TN, passed away on August 14, 2026, at Skyline Medical Center. She was born on November 26, 1952, in Springfield, TN to the late Arthur and Mary Binkley of Springfield, TN. She graduated from Springfield High School in 1970. She loved being outdoors, riding horses, and helping her dad. Through all of this, she learned grit and value of hard work. Evelyn married Mac Baggett Sr. in 1974, where she worked alongside her husband to establish the family business in agriculture and build a legacy that continues today. She did everything from bookkeeping, running the grain elevator inside and outside, cooking & delivering meals to the field all with kids in tow. She was no stranger to hard work and gave countless hours, love, and dedication to both her family and the farm. Evelyn was known for her bubbly personality and smiling face and never had any complaints. As a baby, she was given the nickname “Bubbles.” She loved scrapbooking, crafts, singing (Evelyn had a beautiful voice), and taking care of her grandbabies. Evelyn was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church. She loved reading her bible and had read through the Bible at least ten times, starting with a new Bible each time. She also loved being a part of her Sunday School Class.
Evelyn was proceeded in death by her husband of 52 years, Mac Baggett Sr; brother Arthur Binkley Jr of Georgia.; sister Kathy Lockely of Georgia; sister Rose Stehle of Louisiana; and many other beloved family members.
Evelyn is survived by her son Mac Jr. (Beth) Baggett and daughter Brittney Baggett; granddaughters Ragan Mackenzie, Katie Beth, and Sadie Lee; brothers Brad (Bonnie) Binkley of Springfield, TN and Charles Binkley of Georgia; sisters Lorraine Reynolds of Springfield, TN and Delores O’Keefe of Georgia; sister-in-law Laverda (Lealand) Smiley of Greenbrier, TN; sister-in-law Sally (Wayne) Watkins of Montgomery, AL; brother-in-law Jim (Jean Baggett) of Adams, TN; and many other extended family and friends that will cherish her memories forever.
Evelyn was loved by many, and many will miss her warm kind spirit. She was friendly to everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by her family and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind sweet memories, especially with her beloved granddaughters (her Angel Babies), who will carry a piece of their “Grams” with them.
Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, August 22nd, at 1 p.m. at Robertson County Funeral Home with Dr. Eric Taylor from Cedar Hill Baptist Church officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 21st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday August 22nd from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow the service at Bellwood Cemetery in Adams, TN with Sterling Edwards, Bradley Edwards, Billy Seeley, Joe Seeley, Wayne Seeley, Thomas Binkley, and Brent Duffer serving as pallbearers.

Beverly Spicer Clevenger, 85, of White House, passed from this life on Monday August 17, 2026, at The Carriages of Rivergate. Beverly was born June 12, 1941, in Springfield, to the late Burl Edward and Mary Douglas Spicer. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Beverly loved gardening and she loved to spoil her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband: Karl Clevenger, and by her siblings: Barry Digiovanni, Peggy Mayes, Betty Faye Hunsaker, Hazel Giles, Sandra Hillard, Richard Spicer, Burl Spicer, and Douglas Spicer.
Beverly is survived by her daughter: Kim Tice and husband Craig of White House, by her son: Bruce Clevenger and wife Kristal of Dublin, OH, by her grandchildren: Marley Clevenger, Connor Clevenger, Amber Privett, Abigayle Morris, and Adam Privett, by her bonus grandchildren: Ansley, Carson, and Audrey Tice, by her great grandchild: Molly Paige Morris, and by her sister: Margaret Bayliss of Springfield.

Debbie was born April 3, 1950, in Springfield, to the late J.E. and Geneva Gregory Shearon. She was a graduate of Springfield High School Class of 1969 and was of the Christian faith. Debbie was a retired seamstress with Dillard’s. She loved watching Judge Judy and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Ronnie Shearon. Debbie is survived by her sons: Billy (Nicole) Harper of Adams, Bobby (Melissa) Harper of White House, Ronnie Lynn (Shannon) Harper of Portland, and Christopher Ryan Keith of Springfield, by her six grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and by her sisters: Tina (Banie) Robertson of Adairville, KY, and Cindi (Michael) Spicer of Texas.

Ms. Betty was born May 24, 1934, in Greenbrier, to the late Ned and Cecelia Pittman Parker. She was a graduate of Greenbrier High School and was a member of Ebenezar Baptist Church. Ms. Betty worked for National Life Insurance for over 30 years and then retired as a teller with Old Hickory Credit Union. She loved being a grandmother, rocking in her rocking chair, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: J.L. Bush, and by her sisters: Geraldine Hulsey and Mary Adcock. Ms. Betty is survived by her son: Kevin Jay (Lori D.) Bush of Greenbrier, by her 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

Juil Clifton Bennett, Jr., 56, of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Thursday August 20, 2026, at Skyline Medical Center. Interment will follow in the Greenbrier Cemetery, with Military honors and with Dalton Burroughs, Jared Bennett, Brayden Chunn, Treble Chunn, Scott Bastian, Aiden Lambert, and Brad Hutchison serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Wednesday August 26th from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Juil was born November 20, 1969, in Nashville. He was a graduate of Greenbrier High School Class of 1988. Juil served in the U.S. Air Force as a firefighter in the 118th Civil Engineer Squadron, with over 20 years of service. He was a retired Staff Sergeant and had war service during Iraq. He was also a retired fire fighter for Redstone Arsenal and was a member of Northfield Church in Gallatin. Juil loved reading, especially political books, Christian books, and above all, his Bible. He was an avid U.T. Vols fan and he loved his family dearly.
Juil is survived by his wife of 34 years, Angela Lambert Bennett, of Greenbrier, by his daughter and son-in-law: Machalia Jewel and Dalton Burroughs of White House, by his grandson: Callum Burroughs of White House, by his parents: Juil Clifton Bennett, Sr., and Rossi Green Bennett of Greenbrier, by his sisters: Julie Bennett and Blissa Letson, and by several nieces and nephews.

Mike Johnson

Charles Michael “Mike” Johnson, 69, of Greenbrier, passed away on Thursday August 20, 2026, at The Residence at Alive Hospice in Nashville. In honor of his wishes, he will be cremated, and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a future date.
Mike was born June 19, 1957, in Springfield. He was a graduate of Springfield High School Class of 1976 and was a retired truck driver. Mike loved riding his Harley motorcycle, hunting, fishing, playing softball in his younger days, horseback riding, and had a great love for his family and friends. Mike was preceded in death by his father: Charles R. Johnson.
Mike is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Chloe Johnson and Sergio Lee of Taiwan, by his mother: Sue B. Johnson of Adairville, KY, by his brother and sister-in-law: Eric and Penny Johnson of Louisville, KY, by his sister and brother-in-law: Joy and Paul Austin of Loganville, Ga, and Mike was so thrilled that his first grandchild will be born in April of 2027.

Logan James Williams, age 15 of Pleasant View, Tennessee passed away, Monday, August 17, 2026, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center.
Graveside services will be conducted at 6 o’clock pm, Saturday, August 22nd, at Good Springs Cemetery in Pleasant View with Jeff Price officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
There will not be a public visitation at the funeral home.
Logan was born on January 30,2011 in Laurinburg, North Carolina. He was a student and was a very hardworking young man. Logan loved to cook and bake for others and loved his strawberry patch. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Liam Ray Bradley and a sister, Elena Nicole Bradley.

Leonard Howe Carney

Leonard Howe Carney, age 79, of Greenbrier, passed away Monday, August 17, 2026 at Stoneridge Healthcare in Goodlettsville. Mr. Carney’s wishes were to be cremated and there are no services scheduled at this time. The family will hold a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
Mr. Carney was born October 1, 1946, in Nashville, to the late Marvin Willis Carney and Jessie Elizabeth Allen Carney. He was a commercial truck driver for many years, hauling printing supplies all over the country.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Carney was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Carney; sister, Wanda Petty; and 1 stepson.
He is survived by a sister, Sandra McCauley; nephews, Thomas Bryant and John McCauley; niece, Marybell Higbee; several great nieces and nephews and 2 stepchildren.

Peggy Ann Holman

Peggy Ann Holman, age 81, of Springfield, passed away Monday, August 17, 2026 at TriStar Northcrest Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted at 10am Friday, August 21st in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Martha Barnes and Sheila Stevens officiating. Pallbearers will be Dean McCrary, Jason Spain, Jacob Spain, Dillian Spain, H.B. Lee and J.C. Harris. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin McCrary and Wyatt McCrary.
The family will receive friends from 2-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Holman was born December 29, 1944, in Nashville, to the late Boyd Richard Pinson, and the late Beatrice Carlisle Pinson. She was a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, a volunteer at Open Door Pregnancy Center, and a member of Springfield Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Holman was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Leonard Boyd Holman, Jr.; and brother, Chester Alan Pinson.
She is survived by her daughters, Cara (Dean) McCrary, and Manda (Jason) Spain; 4 grandchildren, Jacob Spain, Dillian Spain, Justin McCrary, and Wyatt McCrary.

Alfred George Brigham II
November 12, 1945 – August 18, 2026
Alfred George “Al” Brigham, II, age 80, of White House, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at his home. Mr. Brigham’s wishes were to be cremated, and there are no services scheduled at this time, but will be announced later.
Mr. Brigham was born November 12, 1945, in Ventura, CA, to the late Alfred George Brigham and Margaret Bouch Brigham. He spent his life serving his country in the U.S. Air Force and the Air National Guard. Mr. Brigham was awarded The Airman’s Medal for heroism in 1971. He retired from the military as a Master Sergeant.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Brigham was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra “Sandy” Brigham.
He is survived by his son, Robert (Kelly) Brigham; daughter, Lisa Rozinek; and 6 grandchildren, Brandon Brigham, Sammie Brigham, Kobe Brigham, Anna Cedeno-Tulloch, Daniel Rozinek and Nathan Rozinek.

Stephan Michael Headrick
July 21, 2009 – August 19, 2026
Stephan Michael Headrick, age 17 of Cottontown passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, August 19, 2026 at Vanderbilt Medical Center following surgery.
He was born July 21, 2009 in Hendersonville, TN to Dustin Headrick & Stephanie Norman Headrick. Michael was a member of the 2027 Senior Class of White House High School and was a member of the Robotics Team.
He enjoyed digital art and was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his step-grandfather, Lloyd “Skip” Jackson; 2 uncles..
He is survived by his mother, Stephanie Headrick, Cottontown, TN; father, Dustin Headrick, White House, TN; brother, Luke Headrick, Cottontown, TN; sisters, Liliana Headrick and Mila Headrick, both of Cottontown, TN, Amelia (Caleb) Ketring, Knoxville, TN and Isabella Headrick, Chattanooga, TN; maternal grandparents,, Jerry and Carol Norman; paternal grandparents, Pam Jackson and Mike Headrick; 3 Aunts; 1 Uncle; numerous cousins.
A Celebration of Life memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 7pm in the chapel at Long Hollow Church. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior from 5PM-7PM in the chapel.

Stephen Timothy Smiley
April 5, 1959 – August 21, 2026
Stephen Timothy Smiley, age 67 of Goodlettsville, TN passed away Friday, August 21, 2026 in Nashville, TN. A Home Memorial Service for friends and family will be held at Stephen’s home on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Stephen was born in Nashville, TN on April 5, 1959 to Hayden Smiley and the late Marcelle Smith Smiley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann (Stoner) Smiley.
Stephen loved his family very much. He was a hardworking man who enjoyed the outdoors. He loved fishing, fixing things, having morning coffee in town or with his dad, riding his tractor for any occasion, going to Amish stores and Cracker Barrel.
He retired from Nashville Gas Company, where he worked as a Cryogenic Engineer for 43 years.
He is survived by his father, Hayden Smiley; a dear friend, Donna Jenkins and her son, Charlie Jenkins; children, Greg Smiley of Goodlettsville, Katrina (Chris) Mercer of Goodlettsville, Jessica (George) Nuckols of Portland, TN; brother, Anthony (Jackie) Smiley of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Kim (Walter) Phillips of Goodlettsville; grandchildren, Katlynn Matthews, Kristin Perry, Krislyn Mercer, Callie Mercer, Will Smiley, Anna Smiley; great grandchildren, Henry Perry, Ellis Perry, Easton Matthews and Rowan Matthews.

Virgina Katherine Sory Brown
July 24, 1954 – March 3, 2026
Virginia Katherine Sory Brown, a beloved musician, teacher, world traveler, and devoted friend, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, at the age of 71.
She was born on July 24, 1954, in Nashville, Tennessee, to parents Jordan Stokes Brown and Anne Sory Brown.
Virginia’s education began in Springfield, TN; she graduated from high school at Fairfax Hall in Waynesboro, VA. She earned an undergraduate degree from the Eastman School of Music and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
Virginia was a premier teacher of voice and piano in Ann Arbor, nurturing countless students with her expertise and passion. A seasoned traveler, she toured extensively with choirs across the United States, Europe, and beyond. In her “spare” time she immersed herself in cultural pursuits, delighting in crossword tournaments and the Stratford Festival in Ontario, Canada.
Always an animal lover, Virginia adored the nineteen (or more) dogs she adopted or fostered, and generously supported organizations dedicated to canine welfare.
She also championed causes related to suicide prevention; above all, she cherished her daughter, Evelyn Anne Smith, who tragically lost her battle with mental illness in 2022.
Virginia always insisted that “Virginia” was a far better name than “Ginny” for an opera singer. While she was of late known as Virginia, those who knew her longest affectionately called her Ginny. Even as illness slowed her in recent years and curtailed her travel, she never lost her rapier wit, wicked sense of humor, or uncanny knack for sharing hilariously naughty memes with friends. She remained almost invariably in good spirits, greeting even her final days in the hospital with smiles for the “cute young doctors” who cared for her.
Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, Aunt Lib, many cousins, and her beloved daughter Evelyn.
She is survived by her cousins Liza Sory McKenzie, Dr. Richard Leggett, Jay Leggett, and Gige Leggett Coffman, as well as her brother-of-choice, Dr. Steve Hyman.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, August 29th at the First United Methodist Church in Springfield, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until time of the service at 11am. Virginia’s urn burial will follow the service in the Elmwood Cemetery.

Ginny’s warmth, humor, talent, and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
