After 3 Month Battle, COVID-19 Survivor Leaves NorthCrest Medical
ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – After a three month battle with COVID-19 that almost took his life, Mr. Rivera left NorthCrest Medical Center today with a clean bill of health.
It was clear by his demeanor that Mr. Rivera was very grateful for his amazing treatment but also a little sad to say goodbye to his new friends at NorthCrest.
If you have been following Smokey’s daily COVID-19 report, Mr. Rivera, though not mentioned by name, was on a ventilator for over 60 days. His recovery is a testament to the great staff at NorthCrest.
We would like to thank Mr. Rivera’s family for allowing us to share in this special moment.
After three months of getting to know him, Dr. Matthew Garner and the staff of incredible nurses also found Mr. Rivera’s departure bittersweet.
