Ages 13-18- Learn To Fly @ Highland Rim’s Aviation Camp

SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) –Highland Rim Aviation, right here in Robertson County, (MAP) is offering an incredible opportunity to find out what it really takes to fly! The local flight school teaches hundreds of adults to fly every year, now, through two summer camps, they are offering hands-on in-person classes for young people. These are not online classes, this is the real thing up close and personal! Are you 13 to 18? Ever thought about becoming a pilot? Here’s your chance! Prices are very reasonable and the classes are guaranteed to be a blast!

Here are all the details!!

FIXED-WING OR HELICOPTER CAMP!

Both camps are for ages 13 to 18 that have an interest in flying.

The first one is our Helicopter Camp on June 20th-24th ($1200).

Then the fixed-wing camp is the next week June 27th-July 1st ($800).

Both camps are from 8 AM to 12 PM each day.

During the week of camp, students will learn through hands-on participation as they gain valuable aviation experience.

Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt, pilot logbook, flying handbook, sectional map, time flying, and simulator time. Their time will be spent learning some of the groundwork it takes to fly plus actually getting to fly.
