All Day Racing Wed./Thurs., 12 Feature Races, Must-See Event At Veterans Motorplex!
GREENBRIER TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Mother nature won again this past weekend, however, Veterans Motorplex at the Rim in Greenbrier will be back next weekend and all this week with some very special racing events that racing fans won’t want to miss.
INEX Legends / Bandolero B.H. Holmes Hillbilly National Qualifying races are COMING TO GREENBRIER TN
On Wednesday & Thursday of this week, Veterans Motorplex will come to life EARLY with racing at 11 am with Racing lasting till approx. 6 pm each day. Approx. 12 Feature Races per day. “We are expecting 80-100 cars along with some tremendous racing for the BH Holmes / INEX Hill Billy National Qualifiers,” said track owner Jerry Criswell.

On Wednesday & Thursday, Veterans Motorplex will start racing at 11:30 am lasting till approx. 6 pm each day. Approx. 12 Feature Races per day.

“I want to thank some folks that without them this event would not have been possible. Special Thanks to Dale Holmes of B.H. Holmes Construction for being the primary sponsor and for all he does to help us here at Veterans Motorplex at The Rim. I want to give a huge thanks to Laila Razmyar, Brittany Beck, and the entire INEX team for all the hard work they put into this event. Ken Joyce of Ken Joyce Racing (Our local Legends and Bandolero Dealer) has worked hand in hand with the INEX folks to bring this Caliber of a National event to Robertson County TN. I must also give a big thanks to our Safety Team for making this possible. Chance Holmes with Roberson County EMT Service and Paul Harter our weekly safety director have worked extremely at the speedway for getting us the EMTs and staff we needed to take care of our drivers and fans alike.
If you RACE FANS want to see some AWESOME RACING and up to 12 FEATURE Races each day…This is a MUST SEE EVENT for you. We will have 6 hours of entertainment for ONLY $10 per day on Wednesday and Thursday. Tickets are only $10 General Admission / Children 12 and under $5 each.
Note to Drivers (Test & Tune): Friday will be our Test and Tune day at Veterans Motorplex from 4-8 pm.

Home of Tennessee’s Family Action Track! Racing Saturday nights March-October on a fast 1/4 mile high-banked asphalt bullring…fun for the whole family!
Veterans Motorplex at the Rim (formerly Highland Rim Speedway) is a 1/4 mile oval asphalt track located off Exit 104 on I-65, just 20 minutes north of Nashville, TN.
Built in 1961 originally as a dirt track, Highland Rim Speedway has played host to several NASCAR legends, including the Alabama Gang. In addition, Highland Rim Speedway is the site of country music legend and racer Marty Robbins’ first racing victory.
Veteran’s Motorplex races the Pro 8 Late Model Series, Sportsman, Super Stock, Pure Stock, Legends, Bandoleros, Ridge runners, Baby Grand, Rim Runner, and Pro-4 Mod divisions.
The Speedway has abundant free parking both for fans and racers, and can accommodate haulers of all sizes. Race fans enjoy the racing action in the beautiful all-aluminum seating bleachers, and those needing special assistance can enjoy the racing action from the elevated wheelchair platform connected to the front stretch grandstands.
