Police say Proctor had left the truck at Machinery Movers located on Bethel Rd in Robertson County. MAP When Proctor returned from dropping off a load of materials, the truck was gone.

Move forward to Monday afternoon, an employee of Machinery Movers spots the truck on Bethel Rd heading towards Machinery Movers. Millersville police are notified and intercept the vehicle just as it pulls into the driveway of Machinery Movers, the location it was reported stolen from.

Detective Sargent Robert Watson is pictured in the photo making the arrest.
