Discover White House Expo & Safety Day Set For April 14, 2018
UPDATE: Rain or shine, we are still a go. Some events have been moved indoors or undercover with coming weather but we are still looking forward to a big crowd and a lot of fun!
WHITE HOUSE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Annual Discover White House Business Expo event is sure to be a hit again this year more vendors and activities for the whole family along with the addition of Safety Day and it’s all Free!
The event presented by the White House Area Chamber of Commerce and Sponsored by Farmers Bank will be held Saturday, April 14 at 9 AM – 2 PM at the White House Heritage High School located at 7744 Hwy 76, White House, Tennessee.
There will also be a Human Foosball Tournament benefiting Casa Of Robertson County.
Vendors from across the county will showcase their business, church, club or organization. It’s a great way to Discover all of the fantastic things in the White House Area.
That the City of White House will be hosting a bike parade. Registration begins at 10 am with the parade set to start around 10:20. There will be prizes awarded for the best decorated bikes.
New this year will be the addition of Safety Day activities hosted by the White House Police and Fire Departments, featuring a bike rodeo, lots of EMS vehicles to tour and explore, helicopters, training simulators and so much more. Mike Gaines with State Farm Insurance will be providing bicycles to be given away during the bike rodeo!
There will be a Kid Zone featuring free inflatables for the kids to enjoy, you’ll also find lots of great deals and free goodies and a huge silent auction that helps fund the Chamber’s education and community initiatives.
Local businesses and individuals will donate fantastic items that will be available to bid on throughout the day – things like TV’s, gift cards, gift baskets, beach vacation rentals, toys, granite counter-tops, jewelry, golf packages, and much more. Lots of chances to win prizes at individual booths!
In addition to booths and Safety Day, Pet Adoptions with the Robertson County Animal Shelter will be available at the event and there will be a large selection of food featuring local caterers, restaurants and food trucks.
Don’t miss this great day of fun in White House, everyone is welcome and again, the event is free to attend! Vendor space has already sold out.
