Driver Hospitalized After Colliding With Semi Near Electrolux

SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The driver of a Honda Civic narrowly escaped serious injury after colliding with a semi on Industrial Blvd Wednesday. The accident occurred near Carden Circle across from Electrolux just before 2:30pm. (Location of wreck)

According to officials, the Honda collided with the semi as the rig was making a wide turn. As far as why the two collided is still under investigation.

After the collision, the Honda left the roadway, went down a steep embankment just missing several utility polls before coming to rest just feet from an apartment building.
