SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Electrolux division in Springfield has announced that the firm has sent three of it’s Springfield employees home due to exposure to a supplier that tested positive for the Coronavirus.

In a statement released to Smokey Barn News, the firm indicates that the supplier was never inside the main factory, only a small adjacent building that has been thoroughly sanitized and disinfected.

“After learning three of our Springfield employees had been in close contact with a supplier who is confirmed positive for coronavirus, we took immediate action to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees. Importantly, the supplier was not in the factory. Instead, they were in a small adjacent building. We have done a very thorough sanitization and disinfection of that building, and as a precautionary measure, our three employees are at home.”  Eloise Hale – Corporate Communications Executive with Electrolux North America
