Obituary for Linda Ray Prater
Linda Ray Prater, age 76, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024. She was born in Pleasant View, Tennessee to the late Raymond and Mary Frances Beasley.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Prater; children, Jilin Nickens, Jamie Green and her husband Matt, and Jason Prater and his wife Mary Jo; grandchildren, Paige Nickens, Kennedy Biggs, Jimmy Prater, and Gabriel Green; great granddaughter, Baylee Ray; and father-in-law, Hubert Prater.
She enjoyed crafting, collecting, and spending time with her family. Linda never met a stranger and will be remembered by her kindness and generosity. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and Nana/Dolly.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Prater Cemetery in Woodbury, TN.

Obituary for Faye Thompson Parteé O’Conner
The Thompson family is sad to announce the passing of their sister, mother, and aunt, Faye Thompson Parteé O’Conner. Faye left this earthly home on Saturday, September 14, 2024, to join her parents, George Ward Thompson and Annie Izell Felts Thompson, in their heavenly home. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry and Ronnie Thompson, her first husband and father of her son Wayne Parteé, and her second husband, Michael O’Connor.
In Faye’s passing, she was survived by her only child Bradley Parteé (Linda Caldwell), her brother Richard Dickie Thompson (Jana Thompson), her niece Erin Lane Thompson and her son Calvin Ward Fisher, and nephews Todd Thompson(Lynn Thompson), and Ryan Thompson and his son Kaleb Thompson, and her twin sister Sandra Kaye Thompson. She is also survived by her former sister-in-law Shari Lynn Palmer (Dickie Thompson), and a friend of over 50 years. Along those mourning Faye’s passing are her precious fur children, her daschund Gigi, and her kitty friend Jimi Nell who is now residing with her brother Dickie on the farm that Faye grew up on as a child.
Faye was born in Springfield on Saturday, May 19, 1951. She attended Coopertown Elementary and graduated from Springfield High School class of 1969. In her childhood years, it became evident she was a beautiful piano player. She studied under Ms. Lena Hilling of Springfield for years. Faye went on to write music and perform in numerous places because of her dedication to her gift. Faye was a world traveler, avid reader, collector of antiques, an animal lover, and a genius in storytelling and humor. We all have endearing stories and laughs we will cherish until we meet again. A donation to your local animal shelter or rescue would be appreciated in place of flowers.
A celebration of life will be held for Faye at Martins Chapel United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 26th, at 11:00 for visitation. Her remains will be laid to rest with her parents, George and Izell, there.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff and friends made at the Waters of Springfield.

Obituary for John Bransford “Peck” Smith
Retired MSGT. John Bransford “Peck” Smith, age 86, of Chestnut Mound, TN, passed away September 14, 2024.
He was born in Robertson County, Tennessee on May 14, 1938, to Hershel and Hazel Smith. Growing up farming, he learned the value of hard work and the many strong morals and values he would live and teach to his family.
On May 20, 1961, John married the love of his life, Gisela, in Germany, where he served as a United States Army Ranger for six years. He also served in the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Forces in the Vietnam War and later as a munitions specialist with SAC (Strategic Air Command). Together they traveled the world, before retiring from the Air Force and moving to the family farm near Chestnut Mound.
John lived a life of devotion to his family and service to his country. He was a Christian who drew strength from his faith. Though he endured many health challenges, his enthusiasm for life blessed those who he spent time with.
In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his brothers Pete, Pat, Charlie, Billy and Dennis Smith and sister Polly Dixon.
He will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Gisela Smith. His devoted daughters and sons-in-law, Hazel and Howard Jarvis and Tanya and Kenny Claywell. He was a proud “Granpap” to granddaughter Olivia Jarvis McMillian and husband Stephen and to grandson Gary Bransford Claywell and granddaughter Presley Maria Claywell. He is also survived by his brother Randy Smith and wife Reba. His sisters-in-law Linda Smith, Carolyn Smith, Janie Smith and brothers and sisters-in-law Tom and Ursula Inman and Gunter and Ingrid Furrer as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Smith were conducted from the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Home on Thursday, September 19 at 1:00 pm. Interment followed at Gordonsville Cemetery with military honors by the United States Air Force.
Visitation with the family was at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Thursday from 10AM until service time at 1PM.

Obituary for Christine Littleton
Christine Wooten Littleton, age 99 of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at her home.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 3:00 PM in Elmwood Cemetery with Bro. David Royalty officiating. Music will be provided by Bro. David Brandon. Pallbearers will be Nicholas Key, Calvin Sinor, Brian Burns, Joe Wooten, Dustin King, Chris Gay, Chad Wooten, and Josh Fuqua. Honorary pallbearers will be Arthur Taylor, Jim Reiter, Al Johnston, and Phil Johnston. The family will receive friends at Robertson County Funeral Home on Sunday from 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM.
Mrs. Littleton was born March 2, 1925 in Greenbrier to the late Joe and Nannie Lou Chapman Wooten. She attended Joelton First Baptist Church and was retired from the State of Tennessee after many years. She graduated from Coopertown High School in 1943 and then went to Detroit, MI to work on the B25 Bombers where she was a part of a group known as Rosie the Riveters. She worked for Capitol Chevrolet and also for the state at Tennessee Youth Center in Joelton and was a proof reader for the State Legislation.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Littleton; a brother, John Wooten; and sisters, Joann George, Mary Taylor, and Joyce Richardson.
Surviving Mrs. Christine are her son, Joseph Rice (Dodie Greer) of Greenbrier; step-son, David Allen Littleton and his family of Clarksville; brother, Bob Wooten of Greenbrier; sister, Betty (Jim) Reiter of Bethpage; granddaughter, Melissa Rice (Nicholas) Key of Smyrna; beloved great grandchildren, Kierra, Kalli, and Rosalie Parham and Lockelan Key; beloved niece, Kristie Wooten; and several other nieces and nephews.
The family request, if so desired, for memorial contributions to be made to either, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, American Cancer Society, or Alzheimer’s Association. All donations can be sent c/o Robertson County Funeral Home.

Obituary for Dale Hamilton
Wallace Dale Hamilton, Sr., 81, of Springfield, passed from this life on Tuesday October 8, 2024, at Creekside Rehabilitation Center in Madison.
Funeral services were conducted Friday October 11th at 10:00 a.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. Interment was at 2:00 p.m. on Friday in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Waverly with Noah Hamilton, Joe Landrum, Steve McArthur, Ray Tate, Robert George, John Tolson, and Kevin Reed serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Justin George, Dustin George, Jason George, Scott Knight, Ritchie Bivens, and Bobby George. The family received friends on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
Dale was born June 27, 1943, in Waverly, to the late Leslie and Ethel Carter Hamilton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Dale was the owner of Hamilton Marketing Corporation. He started out by owning the Adairville Dairy Dip, the Guthrie Dairy Dip, Dale’s Market in Eastland Heights, Robertson County Plumbing Company, Dale’s Westside Cee-Bee, DJ’s Market where he sold DJ burgers, and then his property management holdings. Dale loved to play golf and he enjoyed gardening, his hummingbirds, and was an avid Vanderbilt fan. For all that knew him, Dale was always known for his Cigar’s.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Dorris Hamilton. Dale is survived by his children: Michelle (Robert) George of Pleasant View, Melissa (Ray) Tate of Hendersonville, and Wallace Dale “DJ” Hamilton, Jr., of Springfield, by his grandchildren: Kaity McArthur, Jason George, Bobby George, Justin George, Dustin George, Caroline Tate, Reagan Tate, and Noah Hamilton, by his 13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, by his brother: Ernest (Laura) Hamilton of Waverly, and by his sisters: Vinita Knight of Murfreesboro and Melba (Tony) Wiggins of New Johnsonville.

Donald Elvis “Skinny” Stockton, 43, of Adams, passed away on Saturday October 5, 2024.

Donald was born February 7, 1981, in Nashville. He worked in construction pouring fitters and was of the Baptist faith. Donald enjoyed fishing, riding horses, riding four wheelers and dirt bikes with his son, music, especially Rap, and he had a great love for football, especially the Tennessee Titan’s and the Tennessee Vol’s. Above all, Donald loved his kids.
Donald is survived by his children: Christopher Hugh Stark of Greenbrier, Jaylynn Ray Stockton of Adams, and Loralai Beasley of White House, by his father: Don Stockton of Adams, by his sister: Brandy Louise Davis of Clarksville, and by his granddaughter: Penelope Rae Stark.

Janice Faye Harbison Cook, a beloved matriarch, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2024, at the age of 81. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on October 23, 1942, and spent her life touching the hearts of those around her with her love and kindness.
Jan loved the Lord with all her heart and loved singing praises to him. She was beautiful inside and out and was a wonderful wife, mother and friend.
Jan married Ron Cook on December 30, 1967 and together they served the Lord as members of the Madison Church of Christ for over 50 years.
Jan exemplified a life of service to her Savior as she showed His love through her life. She had a vibrant, fun personality that reflected God’s love and had a deep-rooted passion for life. Whether at home, church or in the workplace, she dedicated her time to helping and edifying others. Through the years she served in the youth and preschool ministries, as well as Meals on Wheels with her church. Her joyful spirit, happy smile, wisdom, and gentle encouragement uplifted those around her.
Jan used her God given gifts and talents to make her house a warm and happy home for all of her family and friends. She spent time with hobbies such as cross stitching, reading, and gardening.She enjoyed working at Skyline Medical Center and Nashville Memorial Hospital and had many friends there through the years.
Her proudest accomplishments included raising her children and being a cherished wife, mother and grandmother, lovingly referred to as “Grammy” by her grandchildren.
She was a great storyteller, and could create stories that would capture the imaginations of her children and grandchildren. They fondly remember playing games, walking in the woods, and baking brownies with her.
She is survived by her two children, Phil (Tracie) Cook and Holly (Marc) McAdams, and her three grandchildren, Blake McAdams (Lexie), Rachel McAdams, and Grayson Cook. Jan is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Ronald Clay Cook, who passed away on April 27, 2020.
A visitation will be held in her honor on October 14, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville, TN. Friends and family are invited to gather and share the warm memories of Jan, a woman who reflected love, joy, and kindness throughout her life.

Obituary for Grace Elizabeth Jones Hawkins
Grace Elizabeth (Hill) Jones Hawkins, 87, of Nashville, TN, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on October 6th, 2024.
Grace was born on August 30th, 1937, in Nashville, TN, to Edward E. Hill, Jr. and F. Elizabeth (Bottoms) Hill. The second child and oldest daughter, she grew up in Inglewood and graduated from Isaac Litton High School in 1955. She was Litton’s 1954 Band Queen and a member of the drum majorettes in Litton’s prestigious “Marching 100” band.
In her senior year at Isaac Litton, Grace began dating her close friend, Charles E. Jones. They married on March 9th, 1956, in Franklin, KY. While Charles pursued his education at Peabody College and Samford University’s pharmacy school, Grace supported them, kept house, helped him study, and took care of their first child. Later, she continued her education at Volunteer State College and became a licensed gemologist and diamontologist, a career in which her attention to detail and elegance made her well suited.
Grace later married William Edward (Ed) Hawkins, with whom she shared many happy years until his passing.
Grace had a deep love of art and was a talented painter, expressing her creativity on canvas as well as through her natural grace, as she was well named. She had an immaculate bearing and a keen eye for fashion. Her appreciation for beauty extended beyond painting; she designed the interior of her homes flawlessly. She also had a passion for genealogy, travel, history, and architecture, which she shared with her loved ones. She most enjoyed visiting historical sites, with Williamsburg, VA holding a special place in her heart.
Grace was a committed member of her church and community. She was a charter member of St. James the Less Episcopal Church in Nashville, where she faithfully served for 25 years, including three years as director of the altar guild. She also attended Trinity Episcopal Church in Clarksville, TN, for more than 20 years where she served on the Pastoral Care Team, giving communion to those who could not attend church services. She even traveled for hours to provide communion to her former mother-in-law, Eddie Jones. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Daughters of the King, reflecting her deep commitment to her faith and heritage.
Grace also served her community as a member of the board of directors for the Middle Tennessee Diabetes Association. Known for her boundless energy, Grace was a diligent homemaker who took great pride in maintaining an immaculate house all while working full time. In retirement, she found joy in helping others, traveling, and staying closely connected to her lifelong friends, earning her the well-deserved nickname “Amazing Grace.”
Grace was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family was the cornerstone of her life. Grace had a strong relationship with her sisters, who were her lifelong confidantes and cherished friends. She embraced her children’s spouses as family and had a special relationship with each of them. She is survived by her children, Angela Rene Schuman (Randy), P. Michael Jones (Aimie), and Crystal Hill Jones (Melanie); her grandchildren, William Calain Schuman, Seth Schuman, Raven Schuman, Connor Elliott Jones, Harrison Jones, and Emilie Jones; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Ann (Hill) McMahan, and brother-in-law, Jack L. McMahan, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews whom she loved.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Charles E. Jones, Jr.; her grandson, Ryan Lucas Reed; her first husband, Charles E. Jones; her second husband, Ed Hawkins; her brother, Edward E. Hill III, a decorated Army war veteran; and her sister, Virginia (Hill) Sanford.
Funeral services will be held at St. James the Less Episcopal Church in Madison, TN, on All Saints Day, November 1st, 2024. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., with services starting at 1:00 p.m. Private graveside services will follow.
Grace’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her legacy of love, faith, curiosity, creativity, and generosity will live on through her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to any of the following: Breakthrough T1D (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), Tennessee Camp for Diabetic Children (TCDC), or St. James the Less Episcopal Church.

Jesse was born in Springfield, TN on May 5th, 1987 to the late Lester and Ellen Ellis Stites. He is survived by his beloved ex-wife, Danielle DeCarli , sisters, Rachel (Steven) Wilson of Greenbrier and Rebecca (Chad) Clinard of Springfield. He was a proud uncle to Katherine Wilson Ferguson, Wesley Wilson, Alexandria Wilson, Nash Clinard, Noah Clinard and Ella Clinard.
Jesse was a 2006 graduate of Greenbrier High School and served his country in the US Navy for 13 years. He earned the following medals, citations and campaign ribbons, Navy Good Conduct Medal, National Defense service Medal, Navy Artic Service Ribbon, Navy/MC Achievement Medal, GWOT Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Navy “E” Ribbon, Flag Letter of Commendation, Navy Rifle Marksmanship Ribbon and Navy Pistol Marksmanship Ribbon.

Obituary for David Michael Traughber
David Michael Traughber, age 73, of Cross Plains, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY.
Mr. Traughber’s wishes were to be cremated and there are no services scheduled at this time.
Mr. Traughber was born April 11, 1951, in Robertson County, to the late Martin Traughber and Violetta Walker Traughber. He worked in residential construction most of his life.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Traughber was preceded in death by a son, Steven Traughber; and a brother, Jonathan Walker.

Obituary for Winston Morgan Pennell
Winston Morgan Pennell, born on August 30, 2006, brought life and joy from the day he was born. He never met a stranger and everywhere that he went he brought happiness and left with new friends. He was active with his church and was baptized on September 30, 2018. He was very loving to his family, friends, and animals. He graduated from Aaron Academy on May 30, 2024 with a 3.9 GPA and had been working at Walmart for the past two years. Then, after he turned 18 was accepting a new job as a stage hand and attending Tennessee College of Applied Technology for Heating, Air, and Refrigeration. Winston still found time to help his parents on the farm and help his grandmother. He was always very giving and concerned about everyone around him. We may never understand why God brought him home so soon, but he has taken our hearts with him. He was a good Christian and we are certain that he is in the arms of Jesus. We can’t wait to be rejoined soon. The family requests donations to the Birdwell’s Chapel Church of Christ Youth Group in lieu of flowers.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Leon Russell Smith and his paternal grandfather, William D. Pennell. She was employed for many years at Acme Boot Co. in Springfield, and afterwards as a CNA (certified nurse’s assistant) in numerous local nursing homes. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Dozier.
Survivors include her husband, Charles A. Carney; sons, Curtis Carney & Todd (Cathy) Carney; grandchildren, Curtis Carney, II., Cristan Carney, Kaitlyn Carney, and Hunter Carney; great-grandchildren, Laiken Carney and Wyatt Carney.

Doris was born on July 24, 1935, to Buford “Blue” and Elise Mosier Tomlin. She dedicated many years of her life to her family and memories, leaving a lasting legacy of love and service. Doris worked at The Blanket Store before devoting over 40 years to Pleasant View Utility District, where she was appreciated by many.
Doris enjoyed her flowers and birds, finding joy in their beauty. Her favorite places were the mountains and the beach, or any antique store looking for salt dips to add to her collection. In her community, she was involved with the Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department, demonstrating her commitment to helping others. Her husband was a founding member of the department and also Chief for 23 years She was on the women’s auxiliary and she was always hunting down auction items for their annual picnic. She was a Christian.
Doris is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, T.R. Drake; her sister, Delcia (Larry) Lee; her brothers, Bobby and Major Tomlin; and her great-grandson, Jase Hoover.
Doris cherished having her family around her and she is survived by her sons, Ricky Drake, Mickey (Joy) Drake, and Bruce (Liz) Drake; and daughter, Laurie Drake. Affectionately known as Maw Maw she is also survived by her grandchildren, Miranda Ellis, Korey (Bo) Stewart, Tiffany Drake, Kara Drake, and Tyler Drake, and by her great-grandchildren, Matthew Jones and Levi Hoover. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Betty Tomlin and her nieces & nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the doctors, nurses, hospice, and caregivers who helped her and the family get through a trying time.

Carolyn Elizabeth Jacobs, age 73 of Cottontown went home to be with the Lord Monday, October 7, 2024 at her home. She was born December 2, 1950 in Detroit, MI to Paul & Kathryn Kedrovich Ahrns. She worked as the Executive Vice President for the Institute of Allied Medical Profession. She was a member of Regeneration Church Nashville and was a prayer warrior. She was an exemplary seamstress and was accomplished in needlepoint, embroidery, crocheting and knitting. She enjoyed gardening and baking as well.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Jacobs; brother, Thomas Ahrns. She is survived by her son, Elijah (Katelin) Jacobs; daughter, Eirene (Matthew) Ritzmore, all of Cottontown, TN; brother, Kenneth Ahrns, Southgate, MI; sister-in-law, Karin Ahrns, CA; 2 grandchildren, Judah Ben and Olivia Rose (due in February).
A graveside service and interment was held Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 1pm in White Houe Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions are encouraged to Regeneration Church Nashville Building Fund 726 Old Hickory Blvd. Madison, TN 37115

Obituary for Dickie Roger Lamborn Jr
Dickie Roger Lamborn, Jr. age 52 passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Saint Thomas Midtown from complications of knee surgery. He was born June 25, 1972 in Nashville, TN to Dickie Roger & Sherry Gaddess Lamborn. He was employed in the maintenance and repair department for NDOT.
He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sons, Trevor Lamborn and Cameron Lamborn, both of White House, TN; daughter, Christian (Shay Dunivant) Lamborn, Cottontown, TN; brother, Lee (Amanda) Lamborn, White House, TN; sisters, Jennie (Alan) Oilar, White House, TN and Cheree (Chad) Hannon, Springfield, TN; 1 grandchild, Cheveyo Dunivant.

She worked as an administrative assistant for NES until her retirement. She enjoyed dancing, flower gardening and was an avid animal lover. She enjoyed taking care of her pets, especially her dog Rags.

She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Ron Talley, Cottontown, TN; daughter, Christy (William) Pratt, Nashville, TN; step-daughters, Jessica (Alex) Peterson, Rosswell, TN and Carole (Mike) Gross, Gallatin, TN; brothers, Tim (Polly) Simons, Murfreesboro, TN, Bill (Carole) Simons, Hermitage, TN and Jim (Maria)Simons, Albany, GA; 5 grandchildren, Tyler, Shelby, Jonathan, Addie and Emme; her devoted dog, Rags.

Shelia Irene Hudson, age 76, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Brookdale Senior Living in Clarksville.
Mrs. Hudson’s wishes were to be cremated and there are no services scheduled at this time.
Mrs. Hudson was born December 22, 1947 in Springfield, to the late Albert Gower and the late Pauline Traughber Gower. She was a secretary with Binkley Signs for many years, and she loved to sew.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hudson was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Alfred Gower, and Jackie Gower; and a sister, Patricia Proctor.
She is survived by her husband, John Hudson; daughter, Millicent Stites Street; son, Jonathan (Anna) Hudson; a grandson, Jaxon Hudson; and brothers, Larry Gower, and George Gower.

Obituary for Donald Hawks
Brother Donald W. Hawks, age 76 of Springfield passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024 after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 14, 2024 at 1pm in the chapel of the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield with Dr. Eric Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery with Will Clark, Jason Spivey, Dillion Hardaway, James Hawks, Jeff Hawks, and Christopher Anderson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Robert Hawks, Jeff Lester, Chris Mayes, Larry Mitchell, Jake Spivey, Johnny Clark, and Jimmy Crawford.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 11am until the hour of service at 1pm.
Brother Hawks was born July 5, 1948 in Chicago, IL to the late Hubert “Cy” and Florence Ciecierski Hawks. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War era and afterwards in the National Guard in Illinois for two years. After attending Bob Jones University for four years and graduating from Indiana University, Brother Hawks was ordained into the ministry at Logan Street Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He then pastored Southern Baptist Churches in Illinois for six years, happily baptizing his two children, his mother, and a brother, among many others.
In addition to his parents Brother Hawks is preceded in death by his brother, William Hawks, and his step-father, Nicholas Kukula.
Brother Hawks is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Jo Pitt Hawks; children, Kristin Carter and Katherine (Donnie) Braddock; his step-children, Mary Beth (Johnny) Clark and Robert (Connie) Lynn; his grandsons, Will Braddock and Sam Braddock; his step-grandchildren, Will Clark, Elizabeth Clark, and Dillion (Rachel) Hardaway; several step-great-grandchildren; his sisters, Patricia (Bobby) Hawks-Earley and Susan (Lee) Rouhselang, his brothers, James Hawks and Robert Hawks; and several nieces and nephews.
