Obituary for Brantley Benton Weaver
Brantley Benton Weaver, son of Julianna Pentecost and Brandon Weaver, was stillborn Friday June 17, 2016 at Centennial Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held at 4pm Monday June 20, 2016 in the Owens Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Rick Robinson officiating.
In addition to his parents, Brantley was survived by his sister, Emily Paige Pentecost and brothers, Kaden Weaver and Kenslee Weaver.
There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service. Robertson County Funeral Home Is In Charge Of Arrangements.

Charles W. Carter, age 67 of Springfield, died Thursday, June 16, 2016 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, June 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home
Burial will follow in Springfield Memorial Gardens with James Mayes, Johnny Mayes, Kenny Leftrick, Pudgie Mayes, Subasun Redfearin, and David Clouse serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 10 AM until the hour of service.
Mr. Carter was born February 2, 1949 in Todd County, KY to the late Lewis and Madie Mae Shumake Carter. He was retired from Jackson Sales. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Charles Lewis Carter, and a daughter, Rebecca Sue Carter.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ann Carter of Springfield; daughters, Connie E. Kinsey and Mary Ann Carter, both of Springfield; brother, Billy Carter of Springfield; sisters, Diane Crawford of Cedar Hill and Portia Carter of Greenbrier; grandchildren, Hope Mayes, Johnny Mayes, James Mayes, and Robert Kinnamon; and a great grandchild, Jayden Mayes.

Raymond Bugg, age 76 of Springfield, died Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Centennial Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 1:00 PM in Springfield Memorial Gardens with burial to follow. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
Br. Bugg was born August 17, 1939 in Cheatham County to the late Rufus Gordon and Lula Mae Reed Bugg.
He was retired from the Robertson County Board of Education where he worked in the maintenance department.

Jose Luis Sanchez-Laracuente, age 50 of Springfield, TN died Wednesday June 8, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted at 1 pm on Friday June 17, 2016 in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Bro. Josh Baldwin officiating. Burial followed in the Bellwood Cemetery with Marty Birdwell, Anthony Ryan, Alex Ryan, Adam Hollis, Tim Hollis, Jeff Barnhart and Chris Harper serving as pallbearers. The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11 am until the service time at 1.
Jose was born January 16, 1966 in Puerto Rico. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a great father who loved his children.
He is survived by his twin sons, Israel and Isaac Sanchez, daughter, Angela Mantlow and girlfriend, Georgia Mantlow all of Springfield, TN.

Age 80 passed away June 17, 2016 at Gallatin Health Care. She resided in Culleoka, TN prior to her admittance to Gallatin Health Care. Mrs. Neal was the widow of Paul W. Neal, who died in 1994. She was born February 21, 1936 in Louisville, KY to John Thomas and Mary Elmarie Tate Sanders. She was the granddaughter of the late John T. and Nannie Sanders, Sr. of Louisville, KY and William and Serena Tate of White House, TN. Evelyn enjoyed reading, gardening, Louisville basketball, attending Bluegrass music festivals with the companionship of her Boston terrier and Pomeranian dogs.
She is survived by 3 step-children, Marsha Sandridge of Jackson, GA, Leslie (Clietia) Neal, Hull, GA and Gregory (Pam) Neal, Shepherdsville, KY; sister, Louise Cecil (Julian) Marsh, Louisville, KY; brothers, Raymond Sanders, Cottontown, TN Glenn (Sharon) Sanders, Hendersonville, TN and Gerald Sanders, Nashville, TN; 5 step-grandchildren, David N. Sandridge, Matthew Sandridge, Stephen Sandridge, Justin Neal and Rachel Neal.
Funeral service was held Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 2pm in the chapel of Austin and Bell Funeral Home in White House. Interment followed in Rose Hill Cemetery in Columbia, TN at 4pm with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Burial followed at 3 o’clock pm in the Greenlawn Cemetery, 420 Cemetery Street, Franklin, KY 42134, with Steve Smith, David Smith, Mike Sesnan, Jeff Sesnan, Kevin Henderson, Tim Henderson, Travis Binkley, and Rex Dorris serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Jody Randolph, Larry Randolph; and James Henry Randolph.

Mrs. Dorris was born June 22, 1941 in Franklin, Kentucky to the late Robert Lee & Annabell Sesnan. She was a Medical Transcriptionist and member of First Baptist Church Joelton.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Dorris.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years Grady Dorris; daughter, Renee Dorris of Pleasant View; brother; Jimmy (Pam) Sesnan of Greenville, KY; sister, Bobbie Smith of Pleasant View; especially beloved nieces and nephews, Steve (Lori) Smith, Beth (Kevin) Jarrell, Mike (Glenda) Sesnan, Jeff (Piper) Sesnan, Jayme (Jim) Creswell, Logan (Kara) Sesnan, Kim (Barry) Young, Steve (Carol) Burgess, Terri (Rick ) Rawlins, Sam Houston, Rex (Cindy) Dorris, Chuck (Penny) Dorris, Sharon Dorris, Kathy (Brad) Dickens, Missy (Matt) Daly, Billy Joe (Deborah) Dorris; and a host of great nieces and nephews & great-great nieces and nephews.

Obituary for Jeanette Winters
Jeanette Colyn Winters, born October 2, 1924 in Everett, Washington passed away June 14, 2016 in Franklin, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Willis Orman Winters of Springfield, TN. They met while Mr. Winters was serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WW II. They moved to Nashville, TN after Mr. Winters left the service. She is survived by three sons, Ronald L. Winters of Dallas, TX, James A. Winters of Cookeville, TN, and Joseph G. Winters and wife Trish of Jacksonville, FL, eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren, three sisters and a brother.
Mrs. Winters was a devoted wife and mother. In addition to raising three boys as a homemaker she supported her family by working in the home as a seamstress making clothing for her family and for private individuals. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting baby clothing, afghan blankets and other articles. She became active in her church, Waverly Place Methodist Church, and was a founding member of Forest Hills United Methodist Church in Brentwood, TN. She sang alto in the choir for more than fifty years, later assisting food preparation and service in the Forest Hills church kitchen which now bears her name along with that of lifelong friend Petie Heard. She also provided assistance in the church office.
Mrs. Winters was athletic, playing baseball and softball in her youth and as an adult she won numerous bowling trophies. She and her husband enjoyed playing golf, often taking golf vacations with friends.
The funeral service was held Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Forest Hills United Methodist Church, 1250 Old Hickory Blvd. Brentwood, TN, the Rev. Jim Hughes officiating and interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN with Jimmy Campbell, Brandon Winters, Dan Hollis, Tim Wilson, Jim Winters, Benjamin Winters, Ron Winters and Joe Winters serving as pallbearers. Visitation was held from 7:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 17 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. There was also a viewing on Saturday, June 18 at the church prior to the service. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James C. “Red” Johnson; brothers, Dixon Simmons, Carl Simmons; sisters, Maynell Kirby, Geraldine Patton, Lois Jean Campbell; sister-in-law, Edith Johnson; great-granddaughter, Meagan Hobbs.
She is survived by daughters, Janice (David) Cohea, Tammy (Jim) Perko; grandson, Thomas Perko; siblings, Mattie Callis of Greenbrier, Sue (David) Glenn of Greenbrier, Shirley Cobb of Springfield, Bill (Lavelle) Simmons of Springfield and Earline (Jimmy) Moore of Old Hickory.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Mayo, David Randolph, Eric Roberts, Walker Bloodworth, David Glenn, Thomas Young, Bob Edmonds and Elliott Dorris.

Age 81 of White House passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 at her home. She was born September 11, 1934 in Long Beach, CA to William Henry and Eunice Grace Sparks Shapley.
She worked as an Engineer’s Assistant in the Electronics business before her retirement. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Hammon. She is survived by sons, Michael A. Hammon and Patrick A. Hammon; daughters, Iris Grace Carrillo and Donna Ann VanRoosendael; grandsons, Richard Douglas Hammon and Bryan Hammon.
