SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Springfield Police are asking the community for assistance identifying the gentleman pictured.

Robertson Countians have an excellent track record identifying persons of interest for local authorities. The last one took about 45 seconds and Springfield Police are grateful for your help.

This incident occurred on Thursday, October 10, 2019, around 6:00 PM at  the Korner Market located on the corner of 5th and Kinneys Rd. MAP

The unidentified male (pictured) was allegedly captured on video surveillance, picking up a wallet/cell-phone combination case that was incidentally left behind by another patron.

The case concealed an iPhone 8 and an assortment of Credit/Debit Cards. Minutes after the unidentified man left the store with the iPhone and case, the patron returned to the store looking for their property.
