Here’s your list of where to find each event from a host of egg hunts for the kids including a “Glow In the Dark Easter Egg hunt”, tree giveaways, jewelry and accessories sale, blood drive, multiple Spring Clean-up events, huge book sale, Chess club, Spring turkey shoot in support of local veterans, the racing season opener at Veterans Motorplex at the Rim and upcoming car shows!…and did you know the City of White House turns 50 this year? We hope cancelling early will allow our racers and fans time to make other plans or spend time with your family. Please be safe and we will see everyone Thursday April 1st for Test and Tune from 4-8 pm. And then again Saturday April 3rd for another exciting night of racing at Veterans Motorplex.”

White House Turns 50 – Postponed!
POSTPONED! Our big White House Turns 50 | Birthday Celebration we had set for this Saturday, March 27th has been postponed to Saturday, April 24th due to weather conditions. Time, location and activities will remain the same.
The city of White House turns 50!
Celebrate the city of White House turning 50 at the Hudson amphitheater 105 College St., White House Tennessee on Saturday, April 24 at 3:00 PM to 6 PM.
There will be live music performed by Jeff Allen and AC Drive, children’s activities and lots of fun FREE things for the family to enjoy at the Birthday Celebration!

March 29: Coopertown Tree Limb/Brush Pick-up Keep Coopertown Beautiful!
Twice a year our street department picks up downed tree limbs, branches, etc.
***The pick-up for Spring will be the week of March 29th.
If you would like to schedule a pick-up, please contact City Hall. All piles must be out by the edge of the road for easy pick-up.

Starting April 1 – 1st Annual Spring Turkey Shoot Coming To American Legion Post 45 In Greenbrier
Time is not the only thing that has “sprung” ahead! New for 2021, the American Legion Post 45 in Greenbrier, TN will be hosting its first annual Spring Turkey Shoot for all 4 Saturdays in April!
“Our faithful shooters asked and we heard you! Our great American Legion Riders group has stepped up to organize this event.
We begin at 8 am and run till 12 noon! Family-friendly! Only about 3 weeks to we start so get those shotguns dusted off!” American Legion Post 45.
The Spring Turkey Shoot takes place Saturdays starting April 3 from 8 AM to 12 PM or no more shooters through April 24 8 AM to 12 PM or no more shooters.

Stock guns only. No custom guns or barrels over 36 inches

SATURDAY, APRIL 24: Drug Take-Back – City of White house Police Dept
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and its community partners will hold the fifth National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day at sites throughout the United States on April 24th, 2021 (10AM-2PM).
This will be an opportunity for the public to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs for safe disposal.
