Millersville Man Arrested In Child Porn Case
MILLERSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Back in September of 2014 Millersville Police Department Detectives began an investigation of possible sexual exploitation of a minor.
A search warrant was executed at the home of Christopher M Potter, 31, of Millersville. During the execution of the search warrant, multiple electronic items were taken and sent to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for analysis.
In early February 2016, Detectives received a report from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Technical Services Unit. The report indicated the presence of child pornography on 3 electronic devices taken from Mr. Potters home. The case was presented to the Robertson Co. Grand Jury where a sealed indictment was returned.
On Wednesday, Mr. Potter was arrested and booked into the Robertson County Jail on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor over 50 images.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
